Line tension
Great product but the clothes line isn't taut enough. Can make heavy items like jeans sag the line .

The line tension is terrible, I live alone so def am not a family of 4 yet when I put a load of washing out the line is drooping under the weight of a couple of pairs of trousers.

Drier spike
Same day delivery. Spike came with an adapter for different size. Fitted our drier but slightly loose but for the price no real complaint.
