Use this for my juicing it works very well.

I really like this one. It works better than cheese cloth, traps more "sediment" and doesn't soak up liquids because it is non-absorbent. It is very easy to clean and I have reused it over and over many times. Just don't pour hot liquid through it, that will ruin it. I like it because it's deeper than my other ones and has tabs on it to prop it on top of your bowl, which my other ones don't have.

Works perfectly well and well made.

I was looking for a strainer I could use for my batches of yogurt to reduce it to a thicker yogurt (like Greek yogurt). I usually make 4 cups of yogurt in a batch. The product info didn't really specify the capacity of what this strainer could hold, but it looked good so I took a chance. When I got it, it was evident the strainer would only hold about 1 cup or so of solid material. Not a problem! It's still a nice strainer, fairly well made and useful for other purposes, such as straining extracts. It will strain out very fine particles. I plan to keep it. Just be aware this particular strainer only holds about 1 cup of solid matter for straining.

Works really well for making quark as quark has to strain for 12 hours in the fridge after the heating process. I like that it has the little ledges to keep the product from falling down into the whey during that time. I can see where it might be too fine for other recipes, but for my purpose, it's just what I need.

Contrary to the description this ultra fine strainer is too small for something like yogurt. I used it to strain homemade hair oil and it just pooled in the base and didn’t strain but a few drop. I even tried a tea that I brewed and it wouldn’t strain that either.

It's very practical, just what I needed. It's perfect!
