Great price for a great product. Th interchangeable razor heads let you get all the unwanted hairs. The razor provides a close, smooth shave that doesn't catch or pull hair. I use this about 2-3 times a week on my lady stash and about every other week for the nose hairs. Th round nose trimmer works great for honing in on the hairs that are way up there and lets ya accurately trim them so they're not hanging out for the world to see.

This trimmer works well. I've looked over the one star reviews and I cannot imagine what those people were doing with their trimmers. I've had this device for three months or so. And I like it. It's quiet, and does a good job in your nose and ears. So after all that you're probably wondering why didn't you give it five stars? I marked it down one because of the shape., and maybe the height. Because they both contribute to this thing falling or being knocked over again and again and again. This devices base is less than an inch across and it about 5 inches high. I keep knocking it over just about any time my hand is anywhere near where it is. Because our fingers naturally curl, I keep knocking this thing over. And while that's not usually a big deal. It has a small cap that shoots off and runs under dressers, tables, chairs, just about anything with a space under it. Mine even went under the fridge one time and the stove on another occasion. I've decided not to let it get to me, because I like the functionality of the device. That five inch height makes it easy to hold on to. And if I wind up losing the cap. It won't matter.

The customer support was also impressive. Unfortunately, after 10 months I had an issue with the power switch that meant I couldn't turn the trimmer off. I contacted Vogcrest and was sent a replacement under warranty. Their communication was very quick, clear, and informative. I've had the new one for 9 months now and no issues. A note on quality - I am rating at 5 stars due to the price, features, and customer support. It is everything I want it to be. But it's worth noting that this trimmer is really affordable and quality may be less consistent. I noticed my original trimmer always felt a little sharp to use. The replacement does not. Looking closer, it seems the cutting blade on the old one sits a tiny amount higher compared with the static blade. No big deal, but the new one is definitely nicer to use and very unlikely to cut me no matter where I use it.

The product is amazing. It works great and has different trimming function. Doesn’t cause irritation which my skin is extremely sensitive and its hard to find a good product that won’t irritate my skin I was pleasantly surprised. Also I live the fact that you can charge it no more batteries that dies all the time. Very easy to change the head to get a different trim. I love it! I would recommend it to everyone.
