Very good film

Daughter favourite movie removed to quick not understanding why u have to pay for prime and then movies makes no sense

Movie was interesting and perfect for kids. Its quality was good.

I actually liked this film. I loved the original but this film was fun. I was never bored. It moved along well and would of been five stars if I was not 43 years old and loved the previous Annie so much! It is a great family film and I believe updated for the children of today to fall in love with like I did with the earlier versions. The acting was good and the story kept in with the original just updated with todays kids interests of communication. Cameron Diaz was great as always and the little girl that played Annie was a talent to be watched. Great singing and the film moved along lovely. Well worth an evening in.

The whole family love this film. Less cheesy than the original. Catchy songs - a good mix of old and new and Cameron Diaz is excellent in it. Look out for Jamie Foxx delivering the lyrics of thd fresh prince theme tune - thd film's produced by Will Smith and Jazzy Jeff does thd music.

It was nice enough. I how ever didnt like it near as much as the origional. The up to date concept was good. I just didnt like the new sounds of the lyrics and music. Some things just shouldnt be changed. It was nice to see Diaze in a new role, but i didnt how ever think the millionair man should have been played by an popular RnB singer. It ended up looking more like a pop video than a musical.

This movie is great it is fun and I love the songs in it. We have sat down as a family and watched this movie so many times and I am sure will watch it together again

Es ist, wie es ist. Die Story, die dem Musical -Annie- aus dem Jahr 1977 zu Grunde liegt, haben wir so, oder so ähnlich, schon Tausend Mal gesehen oder gehört. Es ist die archetypische Geschichte des armen Kindes, das durch die Liebe zu Wohlstand kommt. Na ja, so ungefähr jedenfalls. Das bezauberte unsere Urgroßelten bei Dornröschen, die Eltern bei Pretty Woman, oder eben bei -Annie-. Wenn diese Geschichte gut erzählt wird, dann ist sie immer wieder ein Hauptgewinn. Will Gluck erzählt die Story in seiner 2014er Version perfekt. Vor allem das Zusammenspiel von Musik, Rhythmus und Bildern ist absolut grandios. Da werden schlagende Türen, wischende Mops und hupende Autos brillant in den Soundtrack eingebaut. Als Zugabe gibt es wunderbare Musik und eine Cameron Diaz(Miss Hannigan), die alle Register ihres Schauspielkönnens zeigt. Mittendrin die kleine Annie. Verkörpert von Quvenzhané Wallis, die mit -Beast of the Soutern Wild- von sich reden machte. Alles in allem wurde daraus ganz starke Musical-Unterhaltung für die ganze Familie. Annie lebt mit anderen Kindern bei der Pflegemutter Miss Hannigan. Die ist dem Alkohol zugetan und notorisch übel gelaunt. Annie glaubt noch immer, dass ihre Eltern eines Tages zurückkehren werden. Doch dann läuft sie eines Tages dem Milliardär Stacks(Jamie Foxx) in die Arme. Der ist ein echter Menschenfeind und möchte trotzdem Bürgermeister werden, da das gut fürs Geschäft ist. Sein Berater weiß sofort: Diese Waisenkind Geschichte ist gut für die Beliebtheit. Also nimmt Stacks Annie bei sich auf. Nach und nach entwickelt sich dabei ein Verhältnis zwischen Annie und Stacks, das beide niemals für möglich gehalten hätten. Aber natürlich dauert es nicht lange, bis dunkle Wolken am Himmel aufziehen. Jetzt wird sich zeigen, wie echte Freunde miteinander umgehen... Das hat mir ausnehmend gut gefallen. Tolle Musik, gutes Schauspiel, klasse Drehorte. Die neu "aufgewärmte" Annie-Version kann sich blicken lassen. Ohne Wenn und Aber müsste das die Musical-Filmfreunde begeistern. Bei mir hat das jedenfalls geklappt. Zur bekannten aber trotzdem wunderbaren Geschichte gibt es noch ein paar Ohrwümer gratis dazu. Empfehlenswert!
