So fun! Works excellent on paper but not painted wood (which was the goal). Depending on your hand warmth you will have an easier time revealing and the part on the underside staying visible.

Used the Black-to-Colorless for a nightlight design. Applied several coats with a roller for a smooth, flat black application on a glass dome. Did not need to adjust the consistency of the paint. When heated with a low wattage bulb from within, the color change occurred gradually from top to bottom. Very nice effect.

Ordered this product as a gift for my 8 years old twins. Decided to try it on a t-shirt using stencil and a paint brush. Very easy to use and the result was astonishing, visually impressive and pure magic. The paint gets activated from heat. It was the perfect color choice for the project, turning the mushrooms from red to yellow. Kids were wowed, adults were wowed. Highly recommend and will be buying more colors.

Paint works, but the color is more light black (?) then pitch black

Made an escape room and this was a cool clue!! Love it!

It is a really cool visual effect. I'm using it for a riddle map in dnd so this is perfect to hide text in illuminations. You definitely need to apply a few layers and it really can only conceal text of the same color. I'm not sure if it's because it's a really hot summer (80-90 degrees and humid) but it doesn't really stay black after a while even in shade. I need to refrigerate it, otherwise it remains transparent. I'll see about updating this when the weather isn't so hot.
