Q: What's the height differential between the heel and the forefoot?

Q: Will these fit wider feet? i am a 12ee in u.s. size, had the adipowers for a while but they always felt too narrow.

You'll probably find these have more room. Nordic are slightly wider than Adipower and much less rigid. I found them more comfortable out of the box, but they don't cinch down as tight as the Adipower and the foam sole feels softer. I have both in my gym bag and prefer Adipower for olympic lifts and Nordic for squats.

Q: Can you perform calf raises in these shoes? Are they only for squats and deadlifts?

You can definitely perform calf raises in these shoes. They're great all-around shoes at the gym. The sole does have slightly less "give" than a regular pair of sports shoes, but that doesn't limit your ability for doing calf raises (in my opinion). Henrik / Nordic Lifting

Q: Can use this shoe for indoor exercise bike?

They are shoes with a small platform heel. The sole is very flat. There is nothing about the design of this shoe that would stop you from riding an indoor exercise bike. I wear mine all the time warming up on the bike before squats, I prefer it to pedaling my socks.
