I needed a taller than normal chair to be at the right height for my desk, because my back was killing me sitting on cushions on top of a normal chair and getting no lumbar support. Plus I wanted fold-up arms to either get them out of the way or slide the chair right under the desk. Very happy with this chair - good size comfortable seat, angle of seat vs back is also comfortable, height range is great, adjustable lumbar support, fold up arms, easy to put together. Also a reasonable price. TIP 1 - You can’t slide the seat forward / back, and you can’t change the angle of the back (probably just as well if you’re up high) - so if those things are important to you then this isn’t the chair for you. It’s comfortable as it is however. TIP 2 - if you’re sitting at a relatively normal desk height, move the round foot bar to its highest position (easy to adjust) then you won’t bang your calves on it. Great chair, reasonable price, would definitely buy again.

I’m in love with this chair. It’s so cosy, it goes really high. It’s very sturdy and was really easy to put together. The back is mesh which is great because I don’t overheat like I used to in my old leather chair. And the back support is adjustable. It’s a great chair for the money.
