So far so good. I like the sticky bottom so they don't shift when my son is putting on his shoes, was an issue with other inserts. Haven't done an average days walking with them, only above average that would make anyone's feet sore (Zoo and tourist town) really hope they work for school/PE/recess.

These made 7 days of walking around Disney world bearable. Last time we went I got blisters and had really bad heel pain, and am sure it would have happened again if I hadn’t had these in my sneakers. It was a snug fit since I left the inserts in, but I loosened the laces and it was fine. They provided a nice cushion for my heel and good arch support, which shifted the weight away from the heel. They were lifesavers.

They are helpful but very strange in the shoe. It’s like a platform in the shoe, which seems obvious that it might do this but functionally feels like you are wearing a platform shoe when it’s just a regular tennis shoe.

First off this came out of the package disgusting. It looks like they have been used with I don't know who or what's hair all over them. I am disgusted that these were even packaged and sent out to a consumer. These will not be touching anything on me. I will be requesting a full refund. This is pathetic.
