I looked around for ages to find the right solution for HDMI out to DisplayPort in. I don't understand why it's so niche when new high end Nvidia GPUs like my 40 series card still have HDMI outs alongside the DisplayPort ones. Into my KVM switch this worked and was compatible at the full HDMI 2.0 speed 2K@144Hz immediately, and it has quality and durable cables and connectors that fit and function in tight spaces like my setup needed. Compared to other options, this cable also does more for less.

Absolutely does not work. I worked in IT for a decade, i know i did it right. Plugged source into source, i know its one way. I plugged in the usb to power - doesnt work. Tried usb into the source pc - also doesnt work. Im using a very basic pc with a very basic monitor - 1080p at 60hz. It just doesnt work. I knew i was taking a gamble with the blatant chinese seller and the instructions on the amazon page not matching the product, im just bummed it doesnt work.

This only converts FROM SOURCE: HDMI and TO DISPLAY: DisplayPort. This is exactly what I needed due to my two monitors only having DP and my new video card only having 1 DP and 1 HDMI. This is an active converter so you need 5V USB on source end, I just used a spare USB port on my PC. Works perfectly, there is slight color difference from other DP to DP monitor, but picture is excellent.

The product works for the most part, just be warned that sound through the cable sounds kinda "staticky". There's a constant buzz noise. The cable itself works for the purpose i mainly bought it for, which was productivity on my monitor since my hdmi will be used for my gaming console. So I'll keep it.

PC:ディスプレイポート -> ディスプレイ:ディスプレイポート 上記だと、Win11環境下だと、1秒ほどブラックアウトする現象がどうしても解消できず HDMI接続に切り替えました。（こちらだと問題なし） ディスプイ側のディスプレイポートが開いたので PS5:HDMI -> ディスプレイ:ディスプレイポート の接続使用目的で、いろいろ探したのですが どれも高価で、うまくいくかどうかわからないものにお金をかけるのが嫌だったので 比較的安価なこの商品を購入して、上記接続を試してみました。 結果、何の問題もなく使用できました！ ブラックアウトの不具合もなく、大満足です。 同じ現象でお悩みの方は、一度お試しあれ。
