First off, I am stricken with many ills, and I am relying on 5 hour energy drinks to get me through the day. The problem with that is they are quite pricey. So I am looking for another alternative. Now this supplement has 2 big drawbacks for me- I have an extremely sensitive digestive system, and the Nettle Leaf extract contained in this pill tremendously upsets my stomach. Plus the Yohimbine has caused me coughing fits, as well as immense and severe vomiting. All of these side effects diminish and totally vanish after an hour or 2 of taking it, but they are still too severe for me to continue taking this supplement.Now for the pros, for anyone looking to purchase this. It certainly did last 12 hours, for me anyway. People who have a high tolerance to caffeine may want to take two capsules, as one capsule only contains 200mg of caffeine (which would be equivlent to drinking a single Rockstar/Amp/Monster through out the day).These caps are about twice the price as your standard Caffeine pills. However here are some things to consider:1) They are the only controlled release caps on the market that are MADE IN THE USA. Great quality.2)They contain an energy blend (not just caffeine).3) One capsule is about .60 at the current amazon price. Cheaper then an energy drink and lasts longer.I wouldn't take these every day because tolerance can build up, only take as needed.
