This is literally the best pan I've ever owned. The best part about Cast Iron pans is that they don't warp, the worst part (for ordinary cast iron pans) is that if you're not hyper focused on always maintaining the "seasoning" (oil coating), anything you cook on them starts sticking like crazy. This pan is the best of all possible worlds, cast iron and non-stick without having to maintain a seasoned pan. I've been cooking on this pan almost daily for 11 months, burgers, chicken stir fry, spaghetti sauce, chicken alfredo, bacon, eggs, quesadillas, pancakes, french toast... everything turns out perfect and doesn't stick, making cleanup easy. Now the non-stick coating isn't one of those miracle coatings where cooked eggs slide around like a puck on an air hockey table, but it's non-stick enough that food releases easily when using a spatula, and the pan comes clean easily with a sponge and soapy water, cooked on cheese might require a nylon brush (which is what I normally use to clean mine). My pan is 11 months old and looks brand new, no scratches or flaking of the non-stick coating, and no warping at all (which has always been a problem for any non cast iron pan I've ever owned). I also only use Silicone spatulas/utensils with this pan, and clean it with Dawn dish soap and a sponge, or a nylon scrub brush, no metal utensils have ever touched my pan, which might be why it still looks/performs brand new.

These cast iron pans are fantastic. They have a nonstick coating. You get the best of both worlds. You can sear meats and cook easily with these. Clean up is a breeze. I am very happy with them.

A couple months ago I bought a chef’s knife from Imarku after doing some research and I have been totally satisfied with it. I did not know that know they offered more than knives so when I was ready for some new pans I had no reservations about giving them a try and so far a week in I’m very happy with my purchase. First great price and value for the 3 pans. I make eggs almost every morning and they don’t stick. Everything cooks evenly. They are heavy sturdy pans you will not be disappointed in the quality. Cleaning is easy since nothing sticks to them. I will be purchasing the flat bottom wok soon since my old wok does not work in my apartment on the electric stove. Don’t even waste your time with Hexclad. My parents and sisters have them paid double the money and have nothing but complaints about them and they don’t honor their lifetime warranty.

These are the very best pans/skillets we have ever had. I love the cast iron and how it cooks so evenly, AND the non-stick feature is amazing! I expect that over time, the non-stick feature will become less and less non-stick as all such pans/skillets that I've ever bought have done that. However, the cast iron and features of even cooking will not ever wear out. These are quite heavy, and really spread the heat and cook so well. After just over one year of use, one of the handles became a little loose. When I contacted the company, I received an immediate reply and follow-up, and they sent out a replacement skillet/pan. I was not expecting such wonderful warranty service, nor such quick and professional response to my inquiry. I would highly recommend these products and company to others. In fact, our daughter-in-law liked them so much that she ordered some for her family. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!! Update - June 2025 - Our original order was in April 2024. One of the skillets that we use most often (probably five times a week for over one year) has started to become non-stick. I shared the information with Imarku and they said they would replace the skillet. I have NEVER had a company that was so easy to work with and actually honored their warranty like Imarku does. We love the skillets, and definitely appreciate the warranty on them. YOU won't be disappointed!

We've had these pans around 6 months and use them everyday. Coating is great and really easy to clean ,hardly anything sticks to the surface and anything that does us easy to remove. They could be too heavy for some people to toss but its a simple trade off. Definitely recommend them

I. Love. These. Pans. Super non stick. Hex clad style. I don’t put them in the dishwasher even though they say dishwasher safe. Had them for over 2 years now, and bought a second set, and purchased 2 other sets for engagement gifts!

I owned regular cast iron pans and enameled ones but this is by far the lightest cast iron pan I've ever used. The nonstick layer performs wonderfully, keeping food slides like butter. The wooden handle never gets hot. We mainly use it for eggs. Pan heats up within few seconds and makes me prepare my breakfast within few minutes. Which is essential because 3 of us makes our eggs in different ways so, everybody can use the same pan quickly one after another. I strongly believe if we cared and used it properly, then the pan will definitely gives it's best performance for years to come. We never put the pan in the dishwasher, scrub with harsh tools, use metal utensils or wash it while it's hot. We only wash it once for each day after everybody used and when the pan cooled down. Washing is a breeze. Then towel dry and ready to use the next day. I don't need to do any special treatments like I have to do with my regular cast iron pans, like not using soap/apply crisco and bake at high heat. Makes my life a whole lot easier.
