3 year old granddaughter loves this book!

Love this book! You can teach a toddler the animals in the books by having them paint by water. As they discover the animals as they color they become familiar with the names. Very fun and interactive with the child.Con: You do have to wait for the book to air dry before putting away or reusing. Still the little pen is enough to wet everything that it’s not soaked.

With these paint with water booklets, young children can paint without the mess of real paints. The only mess will be with a little spilled water. My only issue is that there are no lines to depict the picture, although you can see the 'full colored picture vaguely underneath. I would have liked the lines to teach our granddaughter how to begin to draw (or paint) in the lines.

Great fun with no mess.
