Love this case. Yes, the Bosch GLM165-25G does come with a protective pouch, however, this hard case protects it better, prevents any of the buttons from being pressed, and has room for extra batteries. It was worth the price to protect this rather expensive tool and keep extra batteries with the tool, in the event that they die while out on a job. It's robust and well-made.

This case is probably what you need if you're a contractor or using out in the field. I'm just a homeowner and though it would be better protection. And it is, but I could of done without it and just used the canvas pouch that came with the laser.

Fits well, and has room inside, and zips nicely

Works well. Keeps my laser measure well protected.

The only issue I have is that the zipper is a little stiff, but I'm sure with time that will smooth out. Other than that, the shell fits my Bosh laser tape measure GLM165-27CGL just fine.

Nice quality

It's the perfect size and and light weight.
