I found that these tasted delicious; really good gummies, texture and taste was superb which is why I am giving this a nod. For assisting with sleep, I really haven't noticed anything. I've been taking two gummies, recommended dose, about 30 minutes before heading to bed for just over a week now. Retired edible eater! I mainly took edibles because it was the only way to get me to fall asleep quickly, but my tolerance grew and I was spending way too much money on edibles. Plus, I didn't really enjoy being super HI every night. Having to walk my dog was a buzz kill lol. So I tried these, not expecting them to work but I was intrigued because these don't have melatonin and I HATE how drowsy melatonin makes me feel. These things really work! And they taste great as well. I've bought them for 3 months now and my psychiatrist approved of them as well. Plant People have a lifetime customer out of me.

I really like these. They help me fall asleep gently. They don’t zonk you out though. No fuzzy hard to wake up feeling.

I dont really notice that it makes me sleepy at all, however I don't have super vivid dreams like I normally do which makes me wonder if I am really hitting true REM sleep ...??? But it has only been a few days so will see how it goes for another week or so and then can update my review - I love how the ingredients are clean and it doesnt have any sketch or toxic ingredients so that's a plus!!!

Getting consistent help with sleep supplements is a tough one for me, as I find they work for a while, then their efficacy goes down (presumably as my brain gets used to it?). However I do find these fairly consistent, and while nothing gives me a full night's sleep - I tend to wake after 3-4 hours, no matter what - I usually find these help. Plus they taste great!
