Much stickier than previous brands that I've used

Arrived in good time and well packaged.. Using it for a knee issue, cuts easily, sticks well and has stayed in place. Helps if you've used KT tape before as no real instructions given. Provides good support and love the bright colour!

Purchased in June as a back up but only just used as my previous K tape had ran out. Applied 2 pieces to each knee in the evening before going to bed (shaved and dry skin as usual)to save time for a morning run, got up and all the tape was barely hanging on. Re applied 4 new pieces prior to going for my run. Have been using K tape for a few years, this is by far the worst i have ever used. Applied the same way as i have every other K tape i have used, this one didnt even last to the end of my run. During run i could feel 1 piece of the 4 i applied flapping around after coming unstuck so removed and carried on running, within the next 15 mins all the other 3 pieces had come unstuck and fallen off. There was literally no adhesion left on the tape, never experienced K tape like this, unfortunately i purchased it in June so cannot return but wont be wasting my money from this supplier again, complete wast of £10.

Its comfortable and stretchy

Excellent value for money. Second time I have purchased. Using it to support my knee. Works very well and eases the pain.

please note i did not use this product as it was intended- i used it for chest binding. i hope this is useful for my trans friends out there this is the second roll of this tape i bought and ahh had mixed experiences. positives: it stretches quite nicely, it sticks surprisingly well, the grid on the back means is helpful and makes it easier to cut even pieces, this is one of the cheapest tapes i've found, it's quite soft like bandage type texture on the top so not uncomfortable in that way negatives: it leaves a lot of glue residue on my skin that lasts a couple days through several showers, after about one day some threads started coming off which was just a bit annoying, some sort of side effects; the most recent time i used it was the worst- damaged my skin really badly it went red and itchy and when i gently peeled it off (with soap and warm water as usual (i just use this because that's what i have but there are probably better things)) it started to rip off a lot of my skin deeper than it seemed like it should and looks like it will leave scars- still not full healed like two weeks later. i don't know why this happened, it had the feeling of like an allergic reaction burning and itchy but i didn't even do anything different compared to other times!! this experience was what made me want to leave a review so that others know that there are potential risks to using this tape. it also made me start considering getting like official Trans Tape (didn't want to before- too expensive) so this is a nice cheap alternative to experiment with. i wanted to be able to keep it on longer but finding i can't really go more than like a day and a half. some tips from experimenting with it (i had never used tape previously) - take your time, it might take you a few tries to get something you're comfy with and a satisfactory level of binding. hence this is my second roll because i spent a lot of my first roll struggling to get it right - take it off SLOWLY!! use something to help ease it if possible, like warm soapy water - cut the edges to curve them of each piece of tape, it helps to prevent it peeling at the edges - wash video tutorials on youtube it helped me a lot because it can be harder than it looks

Ich hab es noch nicht verwendet, aber es ist genau das gleiche was mein Physiotherapeut verwendet. Ich gehe davon aus, dass alles spitze läuft. Man sollte sich merken, um keine Verletzungen an der Haut zu bekommen: das Tape sollte mindestens 3-4 Tage drauf bleiben. Wenn man es abzieht, oder vor Ablauf dieser Zeit sollte es gut durchnässt werden, damit man die Haut nicht verletzt, wenn man das Tape ab macht. Update: ich habe es jetzt seit ca 3 Tagen drauf! Hält gut , nach dem duschen lösen sich die Enden etwas, aber man sollte es eh auch nach max 5 Tagen wechseln! Man kann es gut stretchen und sitzt stabil! Vor dem anbringen sollte die Haut gereinigt werden damit es gut hält! Arm z.b mit milder Seife waschen

Buen producto y entrega rápida

Es la tercera vez que hago uso de las cintas Kinesiológicas por unas molestias en la rodilla. En mi caso seguí tutoriales de "Sujeción de rodilla" y me van perfectas para bici y largas caminatas que me hacían cojear. La calidad es la habitual en estos productos, cumple perfectamente, es flexible y la puedes llevar varios días puesta ya que resisten perfectamente el agua. También las probé en las molestias de un tobillo y el resultado es igual de bueno, aunque no tanto como en las rodillas. Un producto calidad precio excelente.

Trop fin que d'ordinaire et se décolle très facilement

Es una buena cinta de kinesiotape, se manipula bien. Tiene sensación de tela y transpira bien. Podría tener algo mejor adherencia.
