Visionary designer Donald J Pliner launched his line of luxury footwear and accessories in 1989, and immediately established a reputation for innovative design and high style for both men and women. Pioneering new materials, such as stretchable micro-fibers, he also brought unprecedented comfort, flexibility, and lightness to footwear. Born into a Chicago-based family shoe business, life at DJP is also a family affair. Creative director Lisa Pliner, Donald's wife and frequent model for the innovative ad campaigns, works side-by-side with him to develop each new collection, inserting her artist's vision into the designs, colors and textures. And the Pliner's pure white Maltese, BabyDoll, is ever present, inspiring her own clothing line for the past three years. Today this global brand, manufactured in both Italy and Spain, has established an almost cult following among people who were originally attracted by the fashion-forward style, but return again and again for the comfort and craftsmanship.

I love Donald J Pliner boots in general
I love Donald J Pliner boots in general.These booties fit perfectly. They have western style but at the same time very elegant and feminine. Color is unique - rusty black, which looks almost like it has some glitter and a touch of dark blue. Look forward wearing them in spring :-).

really lovely
wish the weren't made in China. I usually go for the boots made in the USA or Mexico. But these looked great and were on sale. I am wearing them now. Very pleased. Slightly narrow.

They are beautiful and I am happy
Used stretch genie in the right boot. Having several pairs of his boots, I know they will mold to my feet so I am walking around the house to work them in. They are beautiful and I am happy!!!!

BEAUTIFUL BOOTS
THESE BOOTS WERE BETTER THAN THE PICTUES AND FIT PERFECTLY. THEY ARE VERY COMFORTABLE AND EXTREMELY WELL MADE. I HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS COMPLIMENTS EVERY TIME I WEAR THEM.

Eye Catching Bootie
Beautifully hand crafted bootie with a Western flare catches peoples attention. I love wearing them but hope they stretch a bit as they are snug.

Suni Western Ankle Boot for all seasons!
My boots were a bit on the small side, but I always wear socks with them and then they stretch to a perfect fit in time. Love the ink/black color as it is something different .
