The pressure of it is not that strong if you squeeze to hard the tube part will come off and get left in your rear end have to be careful other than that no leaks or anything

Needed something that would push water into the tubes and not go back down into where the clean water was it. Works like a charm! Now I can clean out my propagation tubes and flasks much quicker!

This product is just poorly designed.1) The bulb is too small, so you don't get much water in before it is full2) You have to remove the nozzle to fill it, and trying to attach the nozzle with a full bulb results in water everywhere3) The output is weakIgnore the "fancy" features this has and go for something tried & true & basic.

Going through perimenopause, and wanted something more natural then store bought products. It does exactly what it said it would do.

This anal douche kit actually does have an anti-backflow that works and I really like that feature. I tested it and found that the device delivers fluid as desired. There are five small holes where the water comes out, two on each side and one hole on the end of the tip. After squeezing the fluid out of the bulb it will fill with air from the back air port if hand pressure is relaxed. I find it best to remove the device after completely emptying the fluid, then after removal relax the hand and allow air to enter the bulb, then pop the tip off to refill the bulb with fluid if desired.In my experience, if the bulb has not resumed its natural form before popping the tip off, the internal anti-backflow mechanism (which appears to be is a small silicone part inside the tip) can pop out. It is easy enough to put back together, but for sanitary reasons it is probably best if the internal part stays in place if at all possible.I found this easy enough to clean up and I'm pleased that this is a reusable device. If there were better instructions regarding allowing the bulb to take it's normal form before popping off the tip for re-filling, I'd give this five stars. That said it is easy enough to get the nuances of this device. Compared to similar products I've used, this is my favorite.
