Q: Are these only charms and do they turn the milk green?

They are cereal and the marshmallows are all green and clovers pots of gold and yes it turns the milk green

Q: What is the expiration date?

As sellers we are not allowed to send in anything that expires before 3 months away. I do not recall the date on this item if you are looking at mine. It is sometime in spring or summer of 2021 I believe. But am not positive. But really...with the preservatives they use in cereals it should be good for a long long long time to come.
