These work out bands are good for what they are advertized for. They are easy to hold on to. They work best with bare feet. What I hadn't realized about them when I bought them was that they were best for improving your bicep strength as your arms have hold them while you are doing leg most exercises. I did have an occasional problem when they rolled off my feet when I was sitting and extending my legs. They do work and I was happy that they came with some suggested exercises.

I ordered these Lianjindun 5 Pcs Professional Resistance Bands for my legs to get stronger. I'm 64 years old, and my legs are pretty weak. They don't take up much space, and you just put them in a small bag. I like that they included a little instruction sheet, but I'm working with a physical therapist, and she has some great advice for using them. The colors are very vibrant, and they have different resistance with each resistance band. I highly recommend using these resistance bands, and you can also use them for your arms. Hope this helps!!

Came quickly, as ordered, a full selection of bands. I have had surgery on both shoulders in the last year, one rotator cuff surgery and one replacement. PT released me from the 2nd a few months ago but it's become clear that I need to continue for strengthening. These fit the bill, come in various resistance. Use over a door, hooked on a doorknob, under your foot or whatever anchor is available. Pleased with the product.

Enjoying these resistance bands. I use them in Pilates so it allows me to get a deeper stretch and move with more intention.

First, these are not cheap just less expensive. Latex resistance band have a life cycle or half-life. Yes, if you use this type of band(s) for yoga, exercise, etc. YOU WILL REPLACE ALL VERSIONS WHEN THEY BREAK. Keep your expectations realistic. My wife and I share a set; the lightest is seldom used by us. She mostly uses light and medium and I use the Hvy and X-Hvy to do similar stretches and exercises. She is 4-5 and 120, I am 6-1 and 250. These are great for their designed use and less expensive to replace when broken or lost while traveling🤣.

Strong bands. Not likely to rip or tear. They do the job nicely.

Quite good quality with different strength levels. It is having clear indication of level of strength. Especially useful for workouts and frozen shoulder exercises.

I opened the package in my room and immediately tried it out. My pants were covered with a white poweder substance... Not sure how much of the substance still remains in my room :( I have since sent them for washing. Do note when you receive the package.
