My Go-To Gym Snack - Always Packed in My Bag
I literally buy these in bulk just to keep in my gym bag at all times. After every workout I'm starving but I don't want to ruin my progress by eating junk, and these Quest cookies are the perfect solution. I toss one in my bag before heading to the gym, and by the time I'm done lifting, I'm ready to demolish it on the way home. The protein content is what makes these clutch for post-workout. 15 grams per cookie means I'm actually getting recovery nutrition, not just empty calories. My trainer's always on me about hitting my protein goals and these help me get there without having to chug another protein shake. Sometimes I just want something to chew, you know? Taste-wise, these are way better than they have any right to be for a protein cookie. The peanut butter chocolate chip flavor actually tastes like a real cookie, not that chalky protein bar taste. My gym buddy tried one and thought it was a regular cookie until I told him it had 15g of protein. He immediately ordered a box for himself. The texture is soft and chewy, not dry or crumbly. I've had protein cookies before that were basically hockey pucks, but these are actually enjoyable to eat. Even when they've been sitting in my gym bag for a few days (don't judge, I forget to restock), they're still good. They don't get hard or stale quickly. Being keto-friendly and low carb is huge for me since I'm trying to stay lean. Only 4g net carbs means I can have this as a snack without worrying about it messing up my macros. Compare that to a regular cookie that would be like 30-40g of carbs and totally wreck my day. The individually wrapped packaging is perfect for throwing in a gym bag. They don't get crushed easily, they don't make a mess, and I can grab one on my way out the door without thinking about it. I keep a stash in my car too for when I'm running errands and need something quick. Each cookie is actually filling. It's not one of those snacks where you eat it and you're hungry again 20 minutes later. The combination of protein, fat from the peanut butter, and fiber keeps me satisfied until my next meal. That's key when you're trying to not overeat throughout the day. The chocolate chips in these are legit. They're not those fake carob things or some weird sugar-free substitute that tastes like chemicals. They're real chocolate chips that actually melt a little when you eat them. Makes the whole experience feel indulgent even though it's technically "healthy." Size-wise, each cookie is substantial. You're getting your money's worth here - they're not those tiny protein cookies that are gone in two bites. This is a proper cookie that takes a minute to eat and actually satisfies the craving for something sweet. I've converted so many people at my gym onto these. They see me eating them post-workout and ask what they are, I let them try a bite, and next thing you know they're ordering their own box. My friend Sarah keeps them in her desk at work now for afternoon snacks instead of hitting the vending machine. The value of buying the box versus individual ones is huge. I used to buy single protein cookies from the supplement shop at the gym for like $3 each. Getting a whole box for way less per cookie was a no-brainer. Now I'm always stocked up and never have to overpay for convenience. If you're someone who works out regularly and struggles with finding convenient protein snacks that actually taste good, just buy these. Keep them everywhere - gym bag, car, desk, kitchen. You'll thank yourself when you're hungry and need something that won't derail your fitness goals.

Do not buy too many, I need more more more
Heavenly....Just had my first White Chocolate Macadamia Protein Cookie...oh my goodness! I was expecting a decent taste and doable texture, but what I got was a texture and taste that one would expect from a neighborhood bakery! Pretty sure I am gonna hide from hubby...lol yes it really is that good!

Pretty decent for a low carb cookie
Texture is weird and taste is a bit chalky(?) but for a low carb cookie you can’t beat it.

Cinnamon Brown Butter Cookie
I love the Quest chocolate chip cookie. Reminds me of a cross between a Loft house and a packaged soft Keebler. I wanted to try something different and had not seen Cinnamon Brown Butter before Snickerdoodle yea, but not Cinnamon. Unfortunately you can't buy just one or even a smaller 4 pack anywhere so I threw $25 at these because, well you only live once. 😁 Gotta say, they are good. They have a slightly firmer texture than the chocolate chip but good flavor, no weird aftertaste and curb the craving if you like cinnamon cookies. I'd buy them again for sure. I think they may be a limited edition and I'm not sure how different they taste from the Snickerdoodle but they are a win in my book.

Not what we were anticipating from Quest & Amazon products
I apparently ordered them back in April and put them in the pantry with all of my other protein bars and other pre-packaged snacks. In November I finally grabbed one on the way out the door, while heading to work. Opened it with anticipation, only to be grossed out and had to spit it into a napkin. The texture was fine, but the flavor was REALLY off. I've ordered and enjoyed other Quest (gluten-free) cookies and been impressed, but NOT in this case. Because I had sinus/nose surgeries at the end of October, I wondered if that was the cause of the poor flavor for me. So, I brought 2 cookies to work to let the guys in the shop try them. If they liked them, then I'd share the remainder with them. Over this past weekend they sat down and tried the Quest Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip protein cookies with their family... and, they too were completely grossed out! One said they tasted like cardboard. I just checked the box and they are still within their Best By/Exp. date. But, I just noticed it's past the window to return or exchange them for a different flavor. So, I'm out $20. And now I have to figure out if my friend's pigs can eat them, because they contain "chocolate." Will NOT purchase again. :(

My expectations for protein cookies were low, but then I tried these cookies. These almost taste like subway cookies

These taste absolutely delicious and don't taste like a protein, health snack. They definitely hit the spot when you're craving something sweet, but want something a little healthier. These are now a staple in my house.
