Battery is fantastic on this watch. I charge it once every two weeks. Charges fast but with a good adapter. I use my Samsung plug for the charging wire same as my phone and it boosts the battery. 30-40 minutes and it's full battery. This is important for buyers to know because my mum bought one and said hers wasn't charging, this is because she wasn't using a quality adapter. I told her to use a Samsung plug one or iphone nothing older then 9 years because it does need good power to charge. The e features work really well. This watch has everything. Heart rate, steps, your messages on your phone. Yes, you can make calls on it. The quality of the telephone call is great people don't realise I'm speaking on my watch not with a device next to my ear it's that good. WhatsApp YouTube is all on there (alerts) just connect your Bluetooth on your phone and watch will pick up. It's a glory fit app you must download and it lets you choose which numbers you want on your watch for recieving calls. Up to 100+ I only use immediate family/go urgent numbers etc as i take this watch to work aswell so it will only notify you if the phone numbers you select. It has games on it too for time pass and lots of free screen saver background images Samsung designs so it looks like the real deal. I love this watch, I will be buying it for my sister and son this Christmas. It is really lovely couldn't recommend it more plus it trends out my outfits. Get this watch you won't be disappointed especially at the price it is. Also when I bought this watch, I received a welcome email and the seller says the second watch I buy will be half price 😊 very very impressed!

This is a really good watch for the money. It has lots of features, including calling, showing messages, tracking steps and calories, heart rate, sleep monitor etc. Its super comfortable, the battery life is great and I wear it for work every day. I’ve got it wet multiple times and it’s been fine. The down side is that you need to remain close to your phone to get your alerts, otherwise you have to go into the app and reconnect the devices. The sleep is also not very accurate. But for the price I would definitely recommend!

The RUIMEN smart watch is an excellent unisex smart watch with multiple functions. Delightfully, it arrived in a slim well-packaged rectangular box. The screen is big with bright vivid colours. There are also various themes from which you can choose from. The RUIMEN smart watch is intuitive, with the screen switching on with the flick of your wrist. I particularly like the magnetic charging cable. Although the watch required a full charge on arrival, the battery power is pretty impressive; it’s still going strong after 2 days. It also arrived with a spare strap and an instruction manual. The RUIMEN watch also provides health metrics including heart rate, blood oxygen and so much more. You can use it to track your calories, distance travelled or how many steps you’ve taken, whilst easily, listening to music or even making a call. It even tells you the weather. We keep discovering new features with every use. Overall, this is a great smart watch with multiple functions and I love it!

I’ve been using the Smart Watch for a while now, and honestly, it’s been doing great given the price. It comes with a spare strip, I like it to change frequesntly. The design looks sleek, and the big screen makes it easy to check notifications or change watch faces. I can take calls directly from the watch. The battery life has been decent so far. On the fitness side, it tracks steps, heart rate, and sleep, but the readings aren’t always accurate compared to other devices I’ve tried. Still, for everyday use, like checking messages, controlling music, it does the job well. For the price, I’d say it’s a good option if you’re not too focused on precise health tracking.

Surprisingly Good Smartwatch for the Price I’ve been really pleasantly surprised by how good this smartwatch is for what it costs. The screen is bright and clear, the touch response is smooth, and setting it up through the app was quick and easy. I love being able to answer calls, check my heart rate, steps, and sleep all from my wrist — it’s so convenient. It actually looks really stylish and feels nice to wear too, not like a budget gadget at all. The battery life has been excellent, lasting several days between charges, and it recharges quickly as long as you use a decent adapter. Overall, I think it’s brilliant value for money — it does pretty much everything I need without costing a fortune.

I really like this Ruimen smartwatch as a budget option and it does have some good features. I bought this to replace an Apple Watch 3 which had a failing battery. The battery life on this Ruimen watch is fantastic at 5+ days of normal use. There is a good selection of faces in the gallery part of the app, but many are a bit cute or child-friendly for my taste. That is just my observation though. I like that the smartwatch can feed data to Apple Health and Activity apps, which few allow. There are a couple of negatives which need to be pointed out. The first is the connection to the phone. the smartwatch acts as a Bluetooth device, which is quite normal, but it takes over everything. With the smartwatch connected all sound from the phone automatically comes out of the smartwatch and not the phone. The sound from the smartwatch is surprisingly good (better than the Apple Watch 3) but should you get a call, the answering and audio are done by the smartwatch by default. I can't seem to change this fact. I personally don't like my phone calls heard by the entire room and prefer to have my music come out of my stereo rather than my watch. Sadly, every time the Bluetooth connection is made or refreshed, it takes over everything again. I like the exercise and health-based functions, and there are a lot of them, but they have flaws. All of the documentation, including the Amazon details, state that the smartwatch should not be worn in the rain, shower, or while swimming, so why does the exercise function have a swimming workout? I think it is difficult to justify having a smartwatch with so many exercise and health features which is simply not wearable during so many of them. Yes, you can wear it to go running, but then you have to make sure you only run when it is dry. The data from the health and exercise functions are, generally speaking, very close to the results from my Apple Watch 3, with the heart rate and such being only a beat or two different most of the time. However, the steps counted seem to be very different. I don't carry a bag so one would assume that the 1,475 steps recorded walking to the local shops would be similar to the step count on the Ruimen smartwatch. Unfortunately, there was often 300 to 600 steps difference. I even tried swapping wrists and found the same result. Everything else reads the same within a small margin of error. As for the actual hardware of the Ruimen smartwatch, it does not feel cheap and plasticky, as many do at this price range. The display is clear, bright and easy to read, and it looks pleasant on the wrist, I have the display set to quite a low brightness. The smartwatch is relatively thin. I am not a huge fan of TPU wrist straps, but the quick-release pins make swapping straps very easy. I have been using the Ruimen smartwatch for just over a month and there are no signs of wear, not even a mark on the screen. The phone app to link the smartwatch is easy to use and very generic. To be honest, there is nothing to set the app apart from any other "smart control" apps that I have for other devices. They all look very similar and work the same way. This may seem picky as being generic means the app is easy to use, but I feel it might have been better to have an app that stands apart from the competitors. The sad thing is that, while all of these apps look very similar, each device still needs its branded variant of the app rather than there being a single app that works for all brands. I think that the issues I have with the Ruimen Smartwatch are mainly regarding my particular use rather than being issues with the watch in general. If you are after a main smartwatch, then this is a great budget option for you and has most of the features of far more expensive options. As I am using this smartwatch alongside an Apple Watch, there are naturally going to be major differences. I doubt that Apple allow their algorithms to be used by just anyone, and the far more expensive Apple Watch does customise for stride length and pattern, which I cannot find on the Ruimen. The conclusion is that the Ruimen is great if you want a good budget smartwatch with good battery life and useful health data to use as a guide. If you need accurate, detailed data for health or workouts, you need to spend more money. Edit: I changed this review to 4 stars because it is a really good watch for the price and perhaps comparing it to a £500 version was unfair.
