Disappointed

I bought these for my granddaughter and she and we are very disappointed. Firstly as she skated the sides bent outwards and gave no support and secondly the straps which were supposed to fix on, just came off all the time. We were, however, pleased with the bright pink colour, but she has given me the skates back as they are unusable.
