The bottle only contained some more, then 1/2 of the product . Seal was still intact.

For the price, 303 trim coating works great for restoring faded trim. Make sure you clean the trim first with an all purpose cleaner then apply 1-2 coats and let it sit for a few hours. I did not need to wipe off excess. It's been 8 months and now looks like I need to apply another coat.

This stuff is pretty amazing. Makes trim black again!

As directed, it is a clear semi thick oil type of liquid for use on any black plastic or rubber tirm. It immediately brings a solid deep tone to where it is applied. On certain areas of my truck, I used mulitple coats to restore trim. a "mobile detail professional" left some kind of white residue or accidentally bleached (he had used acetone to remove a magnet that stuck to the paint after a year) every single black surface of my 2023 4Runner. he was hired to do a ceramic coating, which he claims to have done but what i believe he does instead is show owners the bottle and pretends to have run out of the cheaper type and claims to have used the more expensive version hoping for a tip. he prepares the surface, not with a clay bar, but rather a waterless wash, then another chemical to remove swirls, before applying ceramic. so it is destined to fail prematurely. while it lasts, it is VERY shiny, which is a bonus for blk which always looks dirty. but to be left with a white waxy looking reside on every black surface from roof rack to running boards is unacceptable. my 2 yr old vehicle looks 10yrs old now. i tired mineral oil, armor all, Honda detail spray, Goof Off, giant pink erasers, among MANY other products. nothing, and i do mean nothing has removed it. most simply cover it up for a week. so this pours out easily but is an OILY type of product and while this restore did work semi well on most of the black, on run boards, despite removing the coating as directed (wiping with another microfiber cloth) it left a greasy residue that transferred to shoes and now the brake and gas pedals. b/c it left a slimy coating, dirt has also collected on it. so i will not purchase again for surfaces that are walked on, such as running boards or cargo pad. below images: windshield cowl before during, running board during, before, and after, cargo pad before and after, after run boards - what the restore did not fix - and a few other before bits

Used this on the faded black plastic trim of our Honda CRV and it really sucked it up bringing it back to a richer charcoal black (not factory new but not looking faded and grey). It has been nearly a month and the finish is still holding up and looking attractive! Probably a good maintenance option for your car's plastic trim to keep it looking new and resisting fading by the killer UV rays of the sun.
