Really do the job
This is a simple, yet perfect concept. One frame with several magnifications for working on projects. The various lens slide easily into the frame. There are 2 levels of LED lights in the frame to highlight your work. It comes with a rubber piece to hold the glasses in place so they don’t slide down when you are leaning over. Great for working on small projects that hard to see clearly.

That it works!
I had bought one and even before I used it I gave it away to someone who had misplaced her reading glasses and couldn't read anything. So I used her to test this and she loved it! So much so that I bought another one. Unless I find someone else that can benefit from . I like the fact that it lights up what I'm reading and it dims down so it doesn't bother anyone. My favorite part is, no hands needed to hold the the frame, my hands can't hold up some of my books very well and now I can because I dont have to hold the magnifying glass (actually it's not glass, its plastic)and the thingy that goes around your neck is comfy! If you want you can wrap a pc of flannel or soft towel around your neck.I can't say anything more about how cool this thing is. I think I'll buy more just to give them at christmas before the price goes up. Get one, you won't regret it.

Easy to use
Bought this for my grandma who is 90. Her hands do not work as they used to so it's hard for her to hold a paper or book and hold a magnifier. This works well for her.

Cheaply Made Poor Optics
This item is almost impossible to use in any scenario. The optics, (if you can even call it that), consist of a very thin plastic, with one smooth side of a lens, and the other is a ribbed plastic. The ribbed plastic (which I assume works to somehow "magnify") causes large, blurry distortions in the image, and lighting problems, also rainbows etc. The optics are not clear at all and it's pretty much impossible to use for any kind of real detailed work or viewing. It honestly seems more like a child's toy you would find in a "detective toy kit", then an actual tool.I was hoping it was just a clear plastic magnifying glass, that was slightly domed on each side. (Like a normal magnifying glass). The neck tool seemed ok, but they cheaped out on the optics. This could have been so much better, and if they made the objects actually good, it could be a great tool. This really misses the mark. I would avoid this one. Will be returning.

Not so good, but ...
This one is a bit lesser quality than the rechargeable one - this one takes batteries, and I don't usually use them - too heavy. This screen has a bit of warp to it, but I'm hoping that will release as it's used and not still tightly packed. The warp is still with me. My fault for not purchasing MagniPro! My fault.

Super heavy, can't tolerate the weight for long
These glasses do magnify, as advertised. The numerous lens strengths are helpful. The light on it is somewhat adjustable though not super bright. The real issue is the weight. If you look down, as would be normal for most crafting activities, the glasses are so heavy they immediately fall. If you use the head strap, it has to be tightened excessively to get the glasses to actually stay on your face, but the pressure applied on the face quickly becomes painful. So these work fine for activities requiring less than 10 minutes time. Longer than that and you can't tolerate the pain. Unless you want to use them with your head lifted to the sky, they aren't super usable. These could easily become more usable by constructing them with lighter weight materials. Adding an adjustable feature to the ear area would also help.

Well made and light
This is amazingly feather-light! It’s also easy to tell the front from the back because of the raised surface of the holding area. I’m not sure about battery life . The carrying case and orange support is really great idea and you can adjust it as you like. . The magnification power is very high, making everything easy to see. Mom is so glad I bought it for her, I’m thinking of buying it for dad as well.

Extending magnifying light
Fits perfectly into the Lowery frame accessory bar. Different light brightness and colors. I can see at least 100 x 100 squares in the Aida/linen cloth. Clear glass with no edge distortion.

Not worth the $$$
Made in China. I purchased this for my mum who has Macular Degeneration. Its cheaply made, lens is definitely not glass as advertised - it appears to be cheap plastic with a smokey haze and ridges on the back which distorts everything. Even I, who has normal vision had difficulty seeing through the magnifying lens. Needless to say I am returning it.
