The product they sent me is different from the one pictured. What I received has no finger notches; the holes are different; and the over-all shape is slightly different. This tool I received is being sold by other sellers as a made-in-india product -- which is fine, but I ordered this particular product specifically because of the finger-notches and the number of positive foreign reviews -- which were for the product made by "Feelfree Sport" -- which is different than the one I got. So I'm removing 2 stars for deceptive marketing. Having said that, this product is fine, even without the finger-notches. The inner hand-hold is flat-cut, not that comfortable, but it's okay; it's definitely usable. Its outer edges are very smooth, and it is quite heavy (a good thing). And it is 3" x 4" as advertised. I like it... I just wish they were honest about it.

Quality is Not as expected,received product is different than shown.Grip is difficult to hold.Do not find it worth at given price.Too much gap while holding it.It very dissapointing to see that now AMAZONE are taking hands off from the responsibility. Instead of getting help i am being directed to check T&C provided in the description regarding return policy. It means in the name of T&C Seller & Amazone can sell anything to the buyer?The product i have received and the product shown in the amazone product gallery is totally different.Now no response from seller yet and amazone is being nonresponsible,amazing.Zero response from seller and amazone.

Bought this for my mum, she loves it! Good quality too.

This scraping tool looks and feels solid and does a great job of scraping. The different sides have different contours to hug different muscle groups and really get a good massage. Corners were well rounded and feels the same as name brand scraping tools. Works very well on the neck and provides great grip to the user. Has helped me to self-massage and provide myofascial release around the scalenes, SCM, and upper trapezius muscles for better range of motion and less chronic pain.
