I've been using the EKSA E1000WT headset on my PS5 since December 28th, 2023, and it has greatly enhanced my gaming experience, particularly in Call of Duty Warzone, where being able to hear footsteps clearly is essential. Unfortunately, after nearly a year of careful use, the microphone a crucial part of online multiplayer stopped working due to a design flaw. The frequent movement of the mic up and down created friction in the internal chassis, eventually severing the mic cable. When I reached out to EKSA about the issue, I was met with outstanding customer support. The representative, Shelley, was exceptionally responsive and professional, demonstrating genuine care for my satisfaction. Instead of making the process difficult, she focused on quickly resolving my issue, arranging for a replacement headset to be sent right away. Though I had already ordered a new headset (the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7P), Shelley went a step further, engaging me in a thoughtful conversation about potential improvements to the design of the EKSA E1000WT and future models. This experience made it clear to me that EKSA truly values customer feedback and is committed to refining its products. Still early days, but can't go wrong with this headset. Nice lighting on the headphones which is an added bonus. The headset allows to toggle through standard stereo to surround sound with a press of a button. There is also a mic button to where the mic and easily be enabled and disabled. They really have thought through the connection available on this headset which also allows connection via a 3.5" stereo jack. Can't fault this headset for the price, it's half the price of a well known brand that exceeds my expectations.

I am in between giving a 3 and 4-star rating today. I have had this headset for about three days now, and here are my thoughts. What I like; the sound is good, you can download their EKSA equaliser app that is also able to toggle some settings like the Mic ENC On/off, Surround Sound, or Stereo sound. You can also create your own sound profile (equaliser profile) which is a bonus. The surround sound is okay. I had the EKSA E1000 before, and the surround sound was spot on, maybe I just need to get used to this one still. I had the E1000 for a few years, and I think I had a similar problem with it when I got it, so I think it will sort itself out as I get used to the E1000WT. The headset is also comfortable enough with soft cushions. What I don't like: Unknown battery status. For a wireless headset, knowing what percentage the battery is on is a core feature and it is lacking on these headsets. If it connected to Bluetooth I could go to the connection and it will tell me what it is on, but it has its own receiver, so that is not an option. The Eksa software also does not show the battery percentage. So, basically, you know the battery is flat when it tells you so and it shuts off. Then the receiver connectivity, If I take 5 steps aways from the receiver then things starts to go wrong. For me this is fine, but it might be a problem for other people. In summary; for its price, the headset performs really well, it's comfortable, and it does what it says on the tin. Not knowing the battery percentage is a huge drawback for me. The battery life is supposed to last 36 hours, so this would hopefully not be such an issue, but it might become one as the headset becomes older. Ultimately, for the price, you will not get anything better, or more comfortable. At this point in time, I will recommend it to anyone wanting a budget gaming headset.

This headset is fantastic value for money. The surroundsound is amazing and even without the surround sound. They still give you a quality sound. I truly would recommend anyone to buy this headset. Fantastic to listen to your music is amazing for gaming

Sound is OK but the battery doesn't last much longer than 12-14 hours

The headphones are functional and are very good. The box for the headphones was not treated with care and was damaged. This could lead to products being damaged. While I understand Amazon are keen on the speed employees can pack on item a damaged product could mean customers are left waiting for a replacement.
