COMFEE' KWH-BD1413I-B Fully Integrated Dishwasher with 14 Place Settings, Auto Door Open Drying, 44dB Low Noise, Built-in Dishwasher with Auto Sensing Wash, Rapid Wash, Adjustable Upper Basket - Black

Current Comfy Dishwasher KWH-FD1435E-W in use since 20th July 2023. 1st machine purchased: paperwork stated 12 month warranty. I telephoned Helpline number which arrived with instructions. I spoke with Andrew, and then, David who confirmed Amazon machine purchase details on site stated 24 month warranty (still stated 24mth warranty when I purchased 2nd machine). This 1st machine then developed problem: 'automatic door opening' function did not open. Spoke to Amazon Chat Help and Amazon swiftly processed return/refund. Meanwhile I purchased 2nd Machine, same model. Pros: Swift, safe, delivery for both machines. Prompt removal of 1st faulty machine. Dishwasher easily installed, following instructions. Gradually worked through all programmes, all working fine on 2nd machine. No problem with quality of wash/using usual wash tablets/filling with salt etc. Door on 2nd machine opens automatically (but can b altered) on designated programmes once wash is complete. Configuration of shelves/cutlery basket = flexability when loading variable contents. All my enquiries were dealt with efficiently/helpfully. Cons: I have v large dinner plates. I adjusted the top shelf to accommodate these but this meant that the clip-on-¼-shelf (for cutlery/support for stems of wine glasses) needed to b removed from the top shelf (¼-shelf designed to easily clip on/off) as, on pulling out the top shelf, knives 'jumped' out of the clipped on ¼-shelf - I suspect the ¼-shelf edge/it's contents were catching on the inside ceiling of the dishwasher as the shelf sits at an angle, rising upwards from the clip-on edge. Solution: unclipped & removed the ¼-cutlery-shelf. I'm quite happy with the usefulness of the cutlery box in the lower shelf. Which cutlery box can be moved about in the lower shelf to a few positions to accommodate space when filling up with varying dishes/pans in lower shelf. I'd point out that my dinner plates (now the obvious 'serial' troublemakers!) Cannot fit nx to each other in-between every 'rung'/space allocated to take crockery in the lower shelf - they need an empty 'rung'/space between each plate due to their thickness, but we're a household of 3 adult people + occasionals n this doesn't cause me any angst, I get my own back by stacking them upright nx to each other when they're resting in my cupboard organisers! Overall: I had same Méle dishwasher for approx 10yrs, previous to purchasing this Comfy one. Comparison: this is lighter built (door is much more 'flexible' on this machine). Washwise=new technology means I get same wash/dry as previous machine for a LoT less £. Loved my old machine. B very happy if this one outlives it's 24 month warranty = I'd consider it good value for money.

Ok my dishwasher broke at the worst time during Xmas and new year. Choose this brand Comfee as it was reasonably priced but never used before, Surprisingly good. Washed dishes on eco mode, as clean as other brands. Has lots more washing options i will try soon. The load capacity and noise level are about the same as my previous branded washer, I was kept updated on delivery and the driver called 40minutes ahead to confirm otw. Overall very pleased with the purchase.

Waited in all day, as delivery was between 700 and 19.00 then when it was delivered, they didn’t want to bring it in to the house, just left it out side, front door, I had made sure I’d booked for installation and removal of cardboard, but the guy said it’s not on my system . And just left, No problem with the good so far haven’t been able to use it .

The machine is mice and sleek, sound about right for its price, ok value for money It quite load though, feels like someone has opened a water hose in the kitchen. The wifi function is very good and can start the machine not just the program. The programs are nice and short

Really impressed with the COMFEE Freestanding Dishwasher and how well it performs day to day. The 14 place settings give plenty of space, and the flexible racks make loading easy. It runs very quietly at 44dB, which is perfect for open kitchens. The wide LED display and delay start function are simple and useful. Overall, it cleans efficiently, looks great in white, and offers excellent value for money.

After using this dish washer for almost a year, I can confidently say that it is fantastic and had no issues with it so far. The stainless steel looks great, and when moving the top drawer to its upper position, it fits everything from large plates to pots and pans. It always cleans everything spotless including heavily soiled pans, and I find the drying function very useful, especially as it also automatically opens the door at the end of the washing cycle. And lastly, it is very quiet and easy to use, which is a big plus. The only little thing to remark on is that sometimes the door doesn't close properly on the right side. This is caused by the top drawer not fully pushed inside the machine, so it is easily fixed by simply making sure the top drawer is fully pushed inside. For those trying to figure out what to do with the supplied cutlery tray: it took a little bit of time to figure out, but it clips on the left side of the top drawer, and I find it very useful for chef knives that are too large for the cutlery basket.

We've been using our new dishwasher for a couple of weeks now, and it’s been a trouble free experience far. It handles everything I throw at it, or in it and doesn’t take much effort to load up. The layout inside for 13 place settings gives you loads of room, even for bulkier stuff like pans and bigger dinner plates. I really like the quick wash feature, which has saved me a few times when I needed the dishes in a hurry. The hygiene wash is a nice touch too, especially for glassware or if you’ve had something particularly grimy. That said, it’s not completely perfect. You can hear it working away more than I expected, especially during the more intense cycles. And while the half-load setting is a smart idea, I wouldn’t say it’s a game-changer. The energy rating being Class D might bother some, but it depends on how often you plan on running it. Still, for a full-size dishwasher at this price, it does a super job. Easy to use, looks good in the kitchen and comes with enough useful features to make daily life easier. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend if you’re after something reliable without going overboard.

The dishwasher itself seems to be great - lots of features, pretty solid construction and easy to use BUT……. If you book the installation package through Amazon along with your dishwasher it’s worth checking as to whether your current in-built dishwasher is hardwired or has a 3 pin plug. If it’s a straightforward plug you’ll have no bother but if it’s hardwired into the wall then the engineer who arrives WILL NOT be able to fit it. Removing the plug voids any warranty and the choice you’ll be given is either cancel the order and they’ll take the dishwasher back or you can cancel the order for the installation only, and all going well receive a refund of any costs, and then you will personally have to hire an electrician to replace your hard wire box with a plug socket. We found this out only when our old dishwasher had been fully pulled out, the front removed and the new one unpacked!! We were fortunate in that we were able to get an electrician to visit later the same day but it could have been a real nightmare if not. Also, and hopefully you’ll have the engineer who delivers it fit it too, but if not, before you start screwing in the fixings to reattach the facia then keep in mind the template that comes with the machine is incorrect and if you use it before checking, like we did, you’ll see that the top lugs are not marked in the correct position. Hopefully this little tit-bit of info will save you turning the air as blue as we did! Machine so far so good……errr on the side of caution with the install.
