The cushioning is much thicker than I expected, rather than being just a thin layer of silicone or plastic , it will absorb any bumps and protect against burns. So easy to fit and stays in place even when wet. For the first time I am enjoying bathing my little one. I am thinking about getting another taphat for my elderly parents.

Great idea but need to be wider or bigger to fit most taps. Good safety for bath time with children.

I bought this bath tap cover for a household with a child who has additional needs, where safety and reliability are especially important. The cover fits securely over the tap and stays firmly in place during use. It doesn’t shift or loosen and provides effective protection from hard edges. The material feels strong and well made, and it’s clear this is designed to last rather than be replaced frequently. It’s easy to keep clean and dries quickly after use. Helpful note for other buyers: once fitted properly, it stays in place between baths and doesn’t need constant adjusting. We bought this to cover the waterfall mixer tap which is in the middle of our freestanding bath as our toddler won’t sit down in the bath and likes to stand up and splash and we were worried about him banging his head. It was the only thing I could find that looked like it would cover the tap. It’s very thick and padded and it puts us at ease that he won’t bang his head. We put a little strap round it too to make sure it can’t come off the tap whilst he’s in the bath.

Didn’t fit our tap. However would have returned regardless as it is absolutely not worth the price. The quality was poor, seams were torn, and it’s shameful they are charging £30 for it.

This item is a must have for anyone with little ones who love the bath but obsessed with trying to touch the taps! It covers them completely and so easy to adjust to fit diffrent size taps . It’s nice and thick so cushioned well so heat from the hot tap won’t come through and still burn little hands. It’s also great to have peace of mind knowing that if there were any slips in the bath my little one will be protected from nasty injuries and not cut open her head on the taps as the cushioning is super thick . ( she’s still uses a bath seat at the moment as only 10 months and tiny as two months premature but once she’s to big for her bath seat this product will be a great help ) 10/10 product easy to clean , easy to adapt and fit and actually looks quite good as it has a little seashell patten print doesn’t look like a typical safety guard the design team thought about the cosmetics as well as the practicalities too.

This isn't quite as good as I hoped it would be. It does seem to be keepibg my little one from playing with the taps but I am hoped it would be a bit more difficult to get off. I suspect he will figure it out quickly once he gives it thought. So if yoy want this to cushion the taps it would be great. If my little one didn't know the taps were under there that would be great too, but sturdiness is the weak point.

Not impressed. Does not fit on my mixer tap. Probably works OK on two separate taps. I did email the supplier to ask if they do one for a mixer tap, but didn't receive a reply. I had to use an additional belt, to hold it onto my tap.
