I set up my dock but it's not working as expected. Why?

Firstly, make sure you are using the included USB-C cable that came with the docking station. Next, ensure you connect this cable to USB-C host port on the rear side of the dock (not front). Lastly, ensure your laptop supports USB4 or Thunderbolt.

Does this docking station support 120Hz refresh rate?

Compatible computers can enable 120Hz displays. Depending on the computer's graphics and USB4 capability this could be a two 4K 120Hz displays, however most computers will be limited to two lower resolution 120Hz displays.

Is this compatible with my Apple computer?

No, Apple does not support DisplayPort MST which will limit this docking station to supporting a single external display. Also Apple computers only support up to 4K 60Hz with USB-C to HDMI adapter or docking stations.

How can I enable 4K 120Hz with my Apple computer?

Apple computers can enable 4K 120Hz with a USB Type-C or USB Type-C to DisplayPort graphics adapter or adapter cable connected directly from the computer to the 4K 120Hz display, bypassing the docking station.

What does the power button do?

The power button controls power to the docking station and connected USB devices. Powering off the docking station will prevent the docking station from powering the computer, but will not power on or off the connected computer.
