DEEBOT OZMO 930

I found the robot to be very good in cleaing incuding mopping. I used it nearly every day. Assembly and start up are very easy to set up and easy to use once all done. However the app is a bit limited for me. The app is good when having only one level/floor. It will remeber the cleaing map and you can select different areas to clean with different schedules. You can also create boundaries without extra hardware. However I do have a multiple level house so I have to carry the robot upstairs, reset map and start over to identify map. Thus I cannot select to mop/clean different levels without re-setting the map on the app. But it still works fine for me that way and still cleans well. An update on the app would help much more.

Machine looks great and like the mapping facility, but not what we were expecting. Broke down after a few weeks of light use. Was sent for repair and replacement sent without explanation of what was wrong with ours. Second one straight out of the Box with the wrong charging dock, but the repair center was kind enough to send us our old dock back. After setting up the new replacement, it started making a whizzing sound and the mopping facility failed to work. Now waiting to send the new one back for repair

Excellent low maintenance and worry free cleaner. Comes with a good app which allows you to schedule the cleaning times with ease. I have mine on a 4am daily clean meaning I wake up to nice clean floors. I do need to do a quick of the floors before going to bed to ensure no dog toys or slippers are laying around.The vacuum has a powerful suction leaving my tiles and short thread carpets impressively clean. Deals with dog hairs and it isn’t that noisy so my dog doesn’t seem to mind it.Mapped the lower floor of the house fine and identified different rooms but struggled with furniture with mirrored/transparent surface. The dirt container is not very big so needs to be emptied after each significant clean and I was required to scheduled a different set of rooms on different mornings rather than let it do the entire lower floor on the same morning.The mop function deals with only light non-sticky stains but leaves a lovely shiny surface (no streaks) and cleverly avoids carpets and rugs. I tend to deal with heavy stains myself leaving it to give the surface a nice finish.The mopping function needs improving and dirty container bigger/ability to self-empty to keep unit size small. However, despite these limitations overall this product has impressed me so much that I am still happy to give it the full five stars.

I’m seriously impressed. I have just taken it out the box and sent it on it’s madien voyage. It’s really impressive to watch as it goes about its business. I live in a multi room apartment and was a bit worried a vac getting lost. The reason I chose the ECOVAC 930 was because of its room mapping technology. It works amazingly well and navigated the 6 rooms / hallways without any problem. I left it to it and watched it’s progress on the app. Right up to the point it entered the living room and cleaned around me and disappeared elsewhere on its task.I love the way you can use the app to highlight a small section to clean and it will navigate its way to the room, avoid the furniture to clean the spot you highlighted before returning to base. For anyone that loves gadgets, it’s a thing of beauty that will be the envy of everyone.The quality of the cleaning is pretty good too. Admittedly I haven’t had it long, but it has sucked up the pet hairs from 2 cats and the floor has that just swept look. I am eager to try out the mopping function and have been setting up cleaning schedules.It’s pretty much everything I ever wanted from a robot vac and more. If you are in the market for a robot vac, give this serious consideration.UpdateSmall update after day one. Last night Roberta (I have named her) cleaned the living room on schedule. This morning, I took a look at how much dirt it had collected, not expecting a lot as the place was cleaned on Friday. I was stunned how full the collector was. I have no idea where it found all that stuff. As you can see from the picture, there was a lot. When emptying the collector, Roberta had eaten a 4ft usb cable that was left on the floor and still managed to get her self back to base. The power of the thing is Incredible.Only disappointment I had, given how much dirt it had collected, it would have been nice for the app to tell me it needed to be emptied. I can see that I'm going to forget to empty it and it will be ineffective until I remember.Update 2After a month, how do I feel?I have down graded from 5 stars to 2. As much as I like it, it is frustrating. On average it loses the map every few days so you have to do a full clean again so it maps the environment, then setup your routines again, only to find a day or so later it has lost the map and routines yet again. I haven't managed to use the mop as the deebot won't reverse of the docking station when it's attached. I contacted support, it took a month to get any meaningful reply out of them. My carpet isn't particularly long, but support said don't use the mop attachment. I'm not even sure they read what I wrote and that makes me feel even more frustrated. To be honest, after spending £600, I expect better support than thatOn the plus side, it still picks up lots of fluff and hair.
