As someone who stays gluten-free, and doesn't tolerate carbs well, I really miss pasta, but these konjac noodles have been a total game-changer! The texture is perfect: light, slightly chewy, and excellent at soaking up sauces. They don’t have a strong taste on their own, which makes them great for anything from soup to stir-fries to creamy pasta dishes.A quick rinse, a spin in the salad spinner to remove as much water as possible, then a few minutes in a hot pan, and they’re good to go—no weird smell, no mushy mess.I especially like the variety of shapes available from Hethstia, this review is for the fettuccine shape which is a great substitute for egg noodles. One of my favorite childhood dishes was my Grandma's Spinach and Noodle Casserole (the recipe consists of noodles, white sauce, mild cheddar and spinach), and I have been able to create a close approximation using these fettucine konjac noodles.I've had these with butter, salt and freshly crushed garlic. Delicious! Another favorite is butter, cream and mild cheddar which turns into a creamy mac-n-cheese sub (I shared a picture of this variation).The packages are small, and one isn't enough so I usually have two or if I'm splurging I'll have three. And three packages is only 18 calories, and under 6 grams of carbs!If you’re on the fence, give them a try! They’ve become a staple in my kitchen, and it is amazing to have a pasta substitute that doesn't spike my blood sugar or cause any gluten-related issues. I totally use this product. It has no smell when you open the package. I rinse under cold water and then place them in a dry non-stick frying pan to reduce some moisture. They are exceptionally low calorie and easy to incorporate into a recipe of your choice. My favorite is with any kind of tomato sauce. Delicious!

I have been using these noodles for years & find them very suitable for stir fry with veggies, buttered with seasoning, sauced with your favorite sauce. They are very good in chicken noodle soup. The noodles come in a wide variety, I've used them all! Follow the directions and rinse well prior to using.No rise in blood sugar for diabetics, and fill the desire for noodles! Don't expect them to be like the pasta you have always used, these are a little more chewy, but they work for me.

This is a very economical product. Each package is in a plastic pouch. I don’t know if the plastic is safe or not.. it is very easy to use and it taste fine. I like the product. However, the portions are very tiny maybe about a quarter cup.

We love them.

This is not returnable so I threw them away. Has the texture of rubber bands and you just chew and chew and they don't break down. Completely takes any joy out of eating. I was nauseous and bloated into the next day. I usually use rice noodles which are delicious but thought I would try something "new". They have no smell or taste whatsoever. Thats the only positive.

I like the shape and the texture of the pasta

This was my first time trying this brand. The pieces were very tiny and the pouches were too small. I used to pouches to make each serving. I will go back to Miracle Noodle
