Review: Great idea, mediocre quality. - Great idea and works quite well but it's a shame that after only a few months the stitching has come apart at the main loop. No ripped fabric or other damage, just a poor sewing job on the supposed "double stitched" product. Update 2/10/26 I didn't realize that the seller actually sent a message promptly after my review and was eager to assist. We had the item repaired by a local seamstress who added extra stitching. My husband travels weekly with a heavy tool case and suitcase and this item has held up without issue once the extra stitching was added. This includes zero issues with the metal buckles. 4 stars for the stitching issue but 5 stars for the prompt response!

**Q: Which size is suitable for the  luggage strap  ?**
A: I don't think the size matters as it is adjustable.  I actually used it to join 2 different sizes of luggage and it worked great.

**Q: Do you leave it on luggage as you check it in?**
A: No, checked luggage has to be weighed individually.  In addition The straps were not very sturdy.  My husband added additional Velcro and the suitcases separated before we even reach the ticket counter.  I would not recommend!

**Q: How many suitcases does the normal strap hild?**
A: They can connect up to 3 bags but despite several tries and different configurations (2 - 25” and 1 -16” bags), I threw them out (too late to return). They are an epic disaster to use. The bags do not stay upright but tip over like dominoes. IF you had a strap to wrap around ALL the bags, they might work.

**Q: What's the difference between large and xlarge?**
A: The size difference is the length of the straps. The large size allows for bigger bags to be strapped together.

These strap were a lifesaver on our trip to Europe.

I used these on a recent trip to Croatia and London, they worked pretty good . I think if my suitcases had not been such different sizes they would have worked even better 28" big suitcase and a 19" under the seat. I would recommend but would not use on such a big size difference going forward.
