My guess is it’s about a 17 1/2. Since I don’t use the top button it never really mattered to me.

Can someone explain the "Anti-shrink treatment"? Is that a spray or has it been pre-shrunk? I am concerned it will shrink in the wash.

I just got it because it was cotton. Traditionally any cotton washed over and over again is going to shrink what they spray on it I have no idea but mine I would say really didn't shrink much and I've had it for a year or two?
