Highly recommend! 5*
Fantastic chair! Really easy to assemble, clear instructions and takes about 15 mins. Comfy and firm enough to sit for a good couple hours without having to get up and walk about. Good back support! Reclines enough to not feel like you're going to fall backwards. The vibrating massage feature is nice and reclings enough to relax sitting in it but it definitely more for your back then your shoulders or neck. It's solid once put together and relatively heavy and sturdy. I'm really impressed for the price point and well worth £85.99! My only critique is the foot rest mechanism feels really cheap and flimsy but I don't plan on using it anyway.

Save your money
I don't normally do reviews, but felt I had to with this. Having purchased & used several chairs over the years, this has to be the worse chair I've ever purchased. Bought it 1st Feb last year, & it ended up in the shed/workshop by mid march, due to missing the return window by a few days. There is minimal cushion on the seat & back, that goes to zero cushion within a couple of days use, & you'll soon feel the fixings. The gimmick foot rest it totally useless you're 2 foot tall, & makes it uncomfortable when sitting as it hits the back of you legs. I had to remove it & used it as a knee pad in the garden. & funnily enough, that seemed more padded than the chair itself There is no tilt function, only recline, that feels like its about to tip over backwards when reclined ( The reviewers that say its comfortable must have given the review within minutes of putting it together, or been on a bed of nails prior to using this chair. ) The hole seat base/arms have a mind of their own, & lean/ tilt/ wobble all over the place, no matter how much its tightened. The arms will always be loose & lean outwards, as the have to recline with the seat, Within a few days us use, it started to creak whenever there was any movement, & got a lot worse over time,. To sum up, Cheap materials , zero quality , save your 80 quid, & look for something else, Unless you want to feel like you're on a ghost train ride at a fairground Also stay away from footrest/massaging gimmicks.

Decent Chair But Padding Let It Down
I found this chair easy enough to put together by following the instructions — no issues there. The massage feature is OK, nothing incredible, but I wasn’t expecting a full spa experience, so that part was fine. Based on the build and features alone, I would have given this chair 5 stars. Unfortunately, the comfort just didn’t last. When I first put it together, the padding felt soft and really comfortable. But after just a few weeks of regular use, the cushion has flattened so much that you can feel the internal structure of the chair. It’s gone from comfy to hard and unsupportive pretty quickly, which was really disappointing. In the end, I had to buy a separate cushion just to make it usable for long periods. It’s a shame because everything else about the chair was decent for the price. If you’re looking for a chair for short-term or light use, it might still be worth it. But for everyday or long-term sitting, the lack of durable padding is a real drawback.

Great home office chair
Needed a practical & comfy home office chair and after checking out several others, this seemed to tick all my boxes. There were a few reviews that seemed to influence my decision initially, but I took the plunge and ordered this one, without the massage function. My husband built it up and I have to say it looks lovely and I find it incredibly comfortable. Height and recline function work perfectly and the chair is very sturdy. Worth the price paid and hopefully will last a good few years.

Great office chair!
This is a good chair at a good price. Looks great! Quite compact compared to some gaming style chairs which suits my office. Good height and back adjustment. Can be used all day as long as you get up every now and then and have a quick walk about. I have 2 of these in my office, soon to be 3, and am pleased with them. Photo of chair with daily use for 18 months.

Massaging my ego
Does the job. the foot support is superfluous, no chance of using it under a desk. It's there because other chairs are supplied with foot supports, but it's pointless. Instructions are somewhat intimidating, which way up, that way, no way. So it's suck it and see. Eventually got there, around 45 minutes. Comfortable enough, for the price, seems good value. The massage kit is a little bizarre. The wires trailing from the back of the chair get caught up in the castors and disconnected. Paying extra for wifi between the control and the massaging pads, would be worthwhile if offered. Have no idea if the massages does any good but certainly does me no harm and it's all part of the terrific value. No bad, then, I can now write more useless blurb at my desk.
