Good quality item, simple to set up and software seems sport on for configuration. Minor challenge getting the right software version for the hardware, had to update device firmware but once I did this it was all very simple. Contacted customer support to secure the correct software and they responded quickly to provide what I needed. Item itself fits the hand well for gaming, the keys are nice and tactile and the RGB lighting is a nice bonus. Great value product.

Great one-handed gaming keyboard - this Redragon K585 is a good size and has fast reactions when the keys are pressed. The back lighting looks great, it is bright and highlights the keys perfectly in low lit rooms allowing easy of insuring the correct keys are being used. The wire cable is long and strong meaning I can plug and play without worrying that the keyboard will be uncomfortable and difficult to position. The keyboard also has an addition powered USB port on the top allowing me to plug in my gaming mouse, freeing up any extra ports on my PC or Laptop for other uses. The extra G1 to G5 keys also allows me to create hot keys for different games - helpful if the other missing keys are needed from the half not available due to the design. Typical ‘M’ for Map can be Hot-keyed to G1 for example . The deigned is sturdy and feels durable to being used and moved around. There is a bit of weight to the unit which helps anchor it down to the table of lap when in use.

This is a very well built product and functions very well on every device I have tried, The optional software is very easy to use. The cable is a detachable usb-c cable you can easily detach the keyboard and store it away for when you want to use it without moving the wire around. The spare usb slot is very useful and easy to access I use it as a place to plug in my usb mouse dongle as I don’t have any spare slots on the xbox or pc. It is quite comfortable to use, I personally don’t use the attachable wrist rest since it is hard plastic and my wrist could become a sore after extended periods of use but honestly if you felt like it you could glue some padding to it to avoid wrist pain. The onboard memory is a lifesaver, I often play games on xbox such as DayZ and Warzone all of which have a long list of controls, The ability to program a permanent profile for each game allows me to ensure all the buttons have a function. For example: On DayZ you need the L key to activate a flashlight and the keyboard doesn’t have one built in so I programmed the g5 key to activate the light. Overall it is a very good product with great value, I used to use a razer Nostromo and now after using the k585 I can see how badly built the razer one hand keypads are, I can safely say I don’t regret this purchase at all and would definitely suggest this product if you are looking for one!!

Great item for gamers with multiple built in macros. I bought this to try make the jump from controller. Still working on that, however this has helped make things much simpler and easier.

Based on the price overall quality is ok. Keys are a bit big and uncomfortable. G keys are programmable but it's a headache. Very poor software. The software in their own website didn't work at all. I had to go through some YouTube videos to figure it out. You definitely can use it as a working gaming left hand keyboard.

Updating my review as of June 2020 with a fresh Windows 10 installation. My issues may have been my own fault! June 2020: Alright so after some back and forth with the customer service rep (wild how these people actually care about their customers, I wasn't expecting it at all), I gave as much feedback and potential software clashing issues that I could find with this product. After an upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and 6 months down the line, the thing works as advertised. Download the software from the Redragon website, update the firmware as instructed with the updater that comes in the .zip folder, install the software and boom. You're good to go. Every profile works independently, all of the light settings work fine, even the macro record function works! Was I a little disappointed when I first got it? Yes. Am I disappointed any more? No. There might still be an issue of software clashing if you're trying to run a Logitech Mouse, a Fnatic Keyboard and a Redragon keypad all at the same time like I am, but I guess that's to be expected of having so many things fighting for peripheral control. So. Pros: - Macro record function - EVERY KEY IS PROGRAMMABLE. Hoo boy. This was the one big thing that I wanted from a keypad. Not half a keyboard, but a set of buttons that I could press to do whatever was needed. And IT FINALLY WORKS. - Light effects are nice with options to change colours and patterns with a few fun presets. - SO MANY BUTTONS. This is why I didn't go with a Razer Orbweaver or Tartarus. Is 24 buttons enough? For you maybe. But not for me. The more buttons the better. That's why I used to have a G502s with 18 macro keys and a G602 with 6 thumb buttons and programmable buttons on top of the mouse too. You can never have enough buttons. - Easy to set up and use. - Nice placement of the G keys and the space bar button. Cons: - Still quite chunky for what it is. The keys are slightly bigger than your average keyboard so there is some stretching involved to get to everything that you want to use, but who cares? Just remap the things you need closer to the centre of your hand :^) - Wrist rest is just plastic. Is it terrible? No. Does it feel cheap? A little. Would I like a soft padding on it? Yes. - Random map key instead of F6 (but now I can reprogram that to be F6 so is this even really a con?) So there you have it. For £50 I don't think you're going to find anything else out there that does what this thing does. I don't know whether it was the fact that I updated to Windows 10 and got rid of all the bugs in my PC or if they did some jiggery pokery with the software to make it functional but either way, I'm happy. January 2020: Pros: Has all of the keys I need for my left hand plus additional macro buttons and F1-F5 keys which a lot of keypads on the market do not include. Switches feel responsive and have solid actuation on them. Its surprisingly comfortable with the wrist rest even though it's plastic. Cons: The keys are a little chunkier than I was expecting so the whole thing is bigger than I really wanted. Reaching all of the keys is... Iffy and I think I have a pretty decent handspan. Random Map key instead of F6? The software is absolute garbage and the macro record function doesn't work. Even with the firmware update and the additional other software that I installed. Only one profile works and you can only assign either macro strings or single-button presses to the Macro keys. Also updating the firmware killed my ability to customise the lights but at least it doesn't reset all of my keybinds anymore. All in all it does what I need it to so I'm happy enough but it doesn't do everything that it is supposed to. I would take a moment to consider if you need all of the features that are promised and if you have big hands and then consider spending more money for a better product. But if you are looking for absolute budget that feels nice and does a fancy RGB slow fade across the keys and don't care much about macros beyond single buttons then absolutely do go for this.

Estaba buscando un teclado para jugar a la playstation 5 con teclado y ratón. Me hubiese gustado uno con joystick pero a falta de ellos este ha sido la mejor opción tras comprar y devolver otros modelos. He necesitado actualizarlo antes con un PC, el software de actualización lo tienen en la web, puesto que la tecla T hacía una macro extraña. Tras actualizarlo... es la tecla T. Por otra parte la tecla "Mundo" es la tecla M. La calidad se ve buena, el teclado es cómodo, muy bien pensado el reposamos magnético para no ocupar tanto espacio al guardarlo; y encima me permite conectar el receptor del ratón, facilitándome un puerto USB extra que necesitaba. Estoy muy contento y espero usarlo mucho tiempo.

La caja llegó muy maltratada pero el teclado está en perfectas condiciones, no he percibido ningún grado de input lag y es bastante cómodo y funcional, en especial si se utiliza en Laptops para ahorrar espacio o no dañar el teclado integrado de la computadora. No tuve problema para acostumbrarme al tamaño y posición de la tecla "Espacio" (que es lo que suele preocupar a las personas). Muy recomendado.
