Used to feed a 12kg French bulldog - biscuits are a fine size for him but can break them up smaller by hand if concerned. His tummy has really settled on this food!

Great food, used with our pup since a young age. Tried another brand that sells a similar product in powder form but went back to Forthglade and wouldn't go anywhere else now.

My Cavapoo loves this cold pressed alternative to kibble. She gobbles up every last morsel and I don’t have to add anything to it to entice her to eat it. This is a winner as I’ve tried several kibbles over her 16 month life to find that she has rejected them all, resulting in me giving it all away & wasting a lot of money. Reading the product information, I feel assured that this product is nutritionally well balanced so have no worries on that score, It would be nice to have the same choice of flavours for small dogs and puppies as there are for adult, larger dogs. I’ve also found that Amazon are more expensive than buying it elsewhere so you need to shop around. Had there been more flavours to choose from & had it been offered for sale at a more competitive price, this product would have rated 5/5.

A week in, mixed with previous food as advised, our border terrier loves this and so far so good. Poos more solid and less windy !!! 5* from us. Will wean of original shortly and feel this on its own. Confident it will be a positive change and I'm glad I found this brand

Pieces are really big and look like a choking hazard as they are long. it says on the package for 2 months and above, but I think these are strictly for larger breed adult dogs. I have a 10 month old parson russell terrier who is 13Kg and a strong boy, and even he found these to be too big to eat comfortably. On the plus side, he seemed to enjoy the flavour once I broke them up into smaller pieces

My fussy eater actually eats these every other day, which is plus points for me.

This food has been a game changer for my fussy working cocker spaniel. From bringing him home at 2 months old until swapping him to Forthglade at 10 months I had 8 months of runny poos and a dog that would not eat enough to maintain his weight. This is the 5th food I have tried him on and the first one that have given him solid poos and no issue with eating all of his food every day. His coat is now super shiny and he maintains a healthy weight. I would mentioned that some of the pieces may be too big for a young / smaller dog, however, the larger pieces can easily be broken up by hand so I wouldn’t let this put you off. A great dog food, would recommend - especially for fussy dogs with sensitive tummies.

Ho deciso di provare queste crocchette della Forthglade dopo aver provato tantissime marche di fascia alta di cibo per cani, sia cotto (come le normali crocchette) sia pressato a freddo (come questo). Le crocchette hanno un ottimo odore e i miei due Labrador le adorano, le mangiano con piacere e non danno alcun tipo di problema digestivo o di altro genere. Dal punto di vista economico il prezzo è ideale perché nonostante sia collocabile in una fascia alta come qualità del cibo il prezzo è più da fascia medio/alta, e ciò lo rende un ottimo acquisto. Per quanto riguarda la composizione e la qualità delle crocchette vi assicuro che rispettando le giuste dosi giornaliere i miei due Labrador hanno mantenuto il peso e la linea senza problemi. Le consiglio senza riserve a chiunque voglia provare un ottima marca di crocchette per i propri cani. Dopo aver visitato il sito ufficiale, suggerirei la vendita di formati più grandi, magari 12 e 18 kg, in modo da renderne più comodo e conveniente l’acquisto per coloro che hanno cani di taglia media e grande

Ho cambiato dieta al mio pastore tedesco, passando da royal Canin a questa azienda che produce prodotti grain free, con presenza di una più alta %di proteine rispetto ad altre marche e fa crocchette pressate a freddo (metodo che conserva meglio le proprietà nutritive degli ingredienti). Non ci sono rivenditori in Italia e il prodotto è acquistabile solo su Amazon. Lui le divora e noi siamo molto soddisfatti. Oltretutto non hanno quell'odore terribilmente forte e nauseante di altre marche (il che non penalizza di certo il gusto, parola di cane!). Allego foto con forma delle crocchette e dettaglio della chiusura (con velcro, molto funzionale). Lo consiglio.

Cibo per cani che per ora ha risolto un problema di intolleranza per havana.
