REDMOND Re-Lyte Electrolyte Drink Mix (Watermelon Lime)

These electrolytes taste really good and are better value for money than other competing brands. They are still on the pricey side. They mix well when stirred and are good quality.

Why did you choose this product over others?: I was getting some really bad muscle cramps and read that electrolytes and being hydrated is a common cause. Bought some sachets that were about £3 each initially and it worked so splashed out on this which works out at <£1 a serving. Equally good and very effective so def recommend this.

Very good flavor. Because of a Keto diet I started to drink water with electrolytes. Now I continue because I leme the taste and also I want to keep myself hydrated. This flavor is really good!

I’ve had to edit my original review as I just can’t push through and drink the stuff. If I had seen it had stevia leaf sweetener, I would not have brought it. I can’t stand the nasty aftertaste. Even after adding more water it is so sickly sweet. Also a nasty side effect of Stevia leaf for some people is that it causes constipation. The scoop is small so there are a lot drinks in one tub. 1 scoop per 20oz/600ml approx water. I thought I could deal with the sweetener taste and push through, but I really can’t, it’s the worst taste and the bonus of constipation it caused, sealed the deal. 🤢 Money down the drain for me!

Great flavor, very subtle and not artificial tasting. Easy to mix and doesn’t leave grainy bits. I don’t use the full scoop and it’s more than enough. I switch between this and just adding Celtic salt to my water and it definitely makes a difference with hydration. Will be buying again!
