The lids for the smallest size do not even snap close. No anchor branding on them either. A bit disappointing. The other sizes and lids were as advertised.

These Anchor Hocking 2-cup glass storage containers are exactly what I was hoping for. The glass is thick, clear, and feels durable, not flimsy like some storage containers. He calentado en microondas por hasta 45 segundos sin problemas. Las tapas tienen cierre adecuado para líquidos (tampoco he cargado mi bolsa de comida de cabeza, pero en pruebas en mi cocina no he tenido ningún inconveniente). Recomiendo verificar que la capacidad que necesitas es efectivamente sólo 1 taza por recipiente.

There are quite a number of glass storage sets out there but I selected this for a few reasons: The glass containers are made in the USA. Anchor Hocking has been around a long time and has a reputation for quality. The price was reasonable. This set has the basic shapes and sizes I could really use. It's freezer safe and can go in the oven and in the microwave. Glass storage containers don't retain odor. Now, all that said, a few caveats. I found this set so useful, I could really use an additional set because I am freezing more (which is why I bought these in the first place!) The smooth shapes mean you have to be careful when they are wet or your hands are wet or greasy and glass gets hot! I also noticed the lids fit so tightly they are sometimes difficult to pry off, so if you have weakness or arthritis in your hands and fingers, you might struggle or need assistance. However, that tight fit also keeps the contents contained. I'd recommend this set for a single person or maybe a couple who do some cooking/freezing and/or who need to store some leftovers. I wash these by hand and the containers and lids come clean easily. A good purchase.
