This tea has a very unique taste. I enjoyed it, very comforting taste. It really did not have the effect that I was hoping for given the reviews it has. But, things like this do not work the same for everyone, there are so many factors to take into consideration when trying to balance your blood sugar. As always before you start any herbal regime speak with your PCP and Holistic Health practitioner.
