I previously purchased another model of JBL earbuds that worked well, but unfortunately, this particular pair stopped charging and functioning within just two months. This is the first time I've faced such an issue with JBL products, and I'm unsure where to claim the warranty. I’m hoping the Amazon team can assist with a repair or replacement.

I’m giving the JBL Tune Beam True Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds 4 out of 5 stars. The sound quality is really nice, especially for music. The bass and overall sound effects are very good, which makes listening enjoyable. The call quality is also excellent, and voices are clear during calls, which is very important for me. The only downside is that my ears start to feel a little uncomfortable if I wear them for a long time. But honestly, this is quite normal for many Bluetooth earbuds. Overall, the performance, sound quality, and call quality are very good, so I’m still very satisfied with this purchase. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for good earbuds for both music and calls.

Actually I had the same issues with my previous JBL models and I thought it's just a bad luck or it's about buying this in Turkey. But I'm facing the same issue with my 3th JBL which I bought in Dubai. The earbuds are not powering off and not charging themselves. The sound is really great but it's a nightmare when you are not able to use it.

These sound much better than I anticipated! I hate to admit it but they sound better than my headphones..... the bass is very nice and punchy, even without equalizer effects. I have had zero issues so far and it's connecting to multiple different computers just fine; Android, Windows, Mac. I like this product a lot and I hope it will last me a long time. I'm glad the touch controls are not too sensitive so fabrics won't trigger it. That means I can wear a beanie while the earbuds are in. It won't trigger the touch function unlike some other products out there.

Voelen erg goedkoop aan en ANC vind ik ver beneden de maat. Mijn Sony WF-C700N oortjes vind ik veel beter en die zijn aanzienlijk goedkoper. Misschien allemaal een kwestie van smaak, toch raad ik ze niet aan.

Guter, satter Sound, Akkulaufzeit ist in Ordnung. Schnelle Aufladung. Dank der mitgelieferten Ohrmuschel-Adapter in mehreren Größen passen sie sehr gut ins Ohr. Geräuschunterdrückung funktioniert sehr gut. Preis ist ok. Kann ich weiter empfehlen.

I am just using this product last 3-4 days only . ( Disclaimer : I am a blind fan of JBL ) . Technicity : (+) side . 1) Sound quality is best . 2) Best to know about the JBL App. ( From Google play store ) or it can be downloaded from the given barcode scanning also . A simple word Awesome . 3) Via the App there are some pre-set Equalizer is set . Best option is , you can customize them ! as well as you can create as per your own also . Once more you can create ! 4) Touch tapping is very sensitive . 5) Most interesting thing is it's ANC . Use it with Caution ! it really work so well , you will just out of any noisy world . So while driving or walking on road , use this cautiously . 6) for Ambient aware Mode , you can customize that also !! How much ambient noise is allowed , you can set the same . 7) A very funny facility is there . If you lost your Bud/s you can find them with the App . By using ' Find my Buds ' options . Usually it is very useful who are slipping while using the buds . 8) Bud/s internal battery is OK . ( Not a good time to make any comment onto it , after 6 months I will share ) 9) Another very useful Option is there . If there is no activity of the Buds ( Suppose nothing is playing ) it will auto stop after a customize time . It will save battery of the Buds . Very useful while travelling . ( Fig : 5 ) . Technical : (-) side . 1) the But will come default with small earplug . It may give uncomfortable feeling . But Medium & Large plugs are there . So pls. change accordingly . 2) The Earplug/s are not comparable with other brands earplug ( not even JBL's own earplugs also ) . So be cautious . 3) Sometimes my bud is not showing in JBL app. ( ?? !! ) , even it is playing at that time in my ears also !!!! How I don't know . 4) Have a little doubt ( not sure ) about the battery backup of the Base-Casing . I attached some of the screen-shots from my App . If it helps you .
