I haven’t used an app. Sorry i only you the finger print.

There is no back key. Your smartphone is the back key. So far in 2 years I haven't had this problem. in extreme cases, ask the attendant for wire cutters

I wouldn't purchase this lock. You can authorize others to use it. But it can cause it to jam and not work
