Be aware - it makes you hold water! So whilst it has great benefits (and you can look ‘pumped’ on it) - you will weigh heavier on the scales and it can have a side effect of bloating with it. In terms of the benefits - This stuff works great muscle repair-wise for me, and it’s good value for money. I didn’t notice any particular energy boost from it but I have ADHD so I’m full of energy most of the time anyway. It mixes super well. No taste at all - I tend to mix mine with a cranberry protein juice drink.

Very good value for money. No aftertaste. I mix it with shred as I have hypothyroidism and I feel this duo has helped my metabolism. I used 2 scoops per day which helps my brain fog and fatigue.
