This 2 x pack of supplements offers a two-month supply, as you only need to take one tablet a day. The tablet itself is quite large, and swallowing it wasn’t easy, but thankfully, it didn’t leave any lingering aftertaste. I’m very interested in trying products that might help with my perimenopause symptoms, such as poor sleep quality, hot flashes, and fatigue, in hopes of easing the transition. However, after taking the supplement for over two weeks, I can’t say I’ve noticed any significant changes or improvements yet. I haven’t felt a noticeable difference in my symptoms, but I plan to continue taking it to finish the two-month supply, as I’m hopeful that I might start noticing results later on. I’ll update my review if anything changes. All I can say for now is it doesn't cause any discomfortable or irritation taking it.
