Strong blow.
A bit noisy at full speed but it is powerful for its size. using it inside my AV amp which it keep cool now.

Quiet?
Expected it to be more quiet, hence 4 stars not 5. But this is a relative opinion as any db was not stated. I measured from about 1 meter from the fan, and at max speed it was over 50db, which I dont consider quiet for a fan delivering 22 CFM.
