Good starter bow for standard draw lengths.
I’ve recently returned to the sport of archery, and joined a chapter of USA Archery. I decided I’d rather shoot recurve instead of my compound bow (also a Sanlida, their budget compound bows are GREAT), so after getting frustrated with the available loaner bows feeling too small (and never being able to get a consistent draw weight), I turned back to Sanlida and purchased this bow so I’d have one to shoot consistently. I am very pleased with my purchase and my shooting has improved thanks to being able to shoot the same bow consistently. I can set it up and tear it down quickly, and it feels solid. A very good deal for the price range. It’s also a very nice looking bow. The accessories are a bit hit or miss, but they’re essentially free. The bow stringer and quiver are surprisingly high quality for add ins, and the sight is basic but serviceable. I do have three complaints regarding the accessories. Sanlida customer service resolved one of them, so I’m going to keep this a 5 star rating, but be aware of the following: -The arrow rest is bad. It’s flimsy and I sometimes have a hard time keeping the arrows from popping off if the tab grips the nock. -The included tab is also pretty horrendous. I’ve put 100+ shots through mine and it’s barely broken in. Spend a couple bucks on a nicer one at the time of purchase. -The included arrows are great quality for pack in arrows (they’re the same that were included with my compound bow, and I have no complaints) BUT the included arrows with the 70” models are only 30”. That’s not an appropriate length for all but the shortest draws where 70” is a recommended size. My draw is around 31”, meaning that the arrows were unsafe for me to shoot, if not totally unusable. For average draw lengths, this won’t be an issue, they’ll be fine. I knew the last point was a possibility based on other reviews, so I reached out to Sanlida CS when it arrived, and after a few messages they did agree to send me appropriately sized arrows. They shipped them quick, and the replacements were a step or two higher in quality. I am overall very pleased with my experiences with Sanlida’s products, and their customer service made my issue right. For that, this review remains 5 stars, even though I have a few critiques regarding the accessories. I’m already dreaming about putting together an Olympic style recurve when it’s time to move up my draw weight, and Sanlida’s products are on my short list.

Excellent learning now with room to grow, great accessories
The quality of the bow and accessories is incredible for the price. I got the archery big after buying my son a Genesis youth compound for Christmas and this recurve came recommended by friends. I'm a big guy and fairly strong, glad I started with 26lbs draw to learn the basics. About 200 arrows through this now across 3 sessions. Arrows are nice, but I bought a 68" bow due to 29.5 draw length and 30" arrows are too short. String nock was set at the correct spot and all the accessories just work. Quiver is nice, finger guard is great, haven't tried the sight yet, rest works really well. Negative: instructions are useless. I'm a beginner and the stringing tool took more effort to learn to how use than I am comfortable admitting, lol. It also was tied together and in untying it I accidentally untied the knot for the top limb loop. Easy to fix with some knot research. The tool itself takes some experience, step on the tool rope with both feet, one directly under the rubber stringer stop on the top limb. This keeps the rubber stop from sliding down while putting tension on the bow to loop the strong on the end. I wish Sanlida sold more parts. Would like to buy the excellent quiver for my son as well as spare bow strings and heavier weight limbs down the road. As it is, support feels fairly light from their website, but for the price ... Still worth it. This kit does not include a wrist guard, definitely pick one up, string slap at 26lbs is bruising unlike the tickle ofrom my my son's 10lb youth Genesis compound. Overall I would not only recommend buying this, I am planning on buying another for the heavier weight limbs down the road. This bow works, is well designed as a package, the accessories in the kit don't actually suck and the value is incredible. Plus it's not bad to look at.

A GREAT PRODUCT AT A GREAT PRICE
My neighbor, who is an experienced archer, bought two of these archery kits to use with his children. He insisted that I try them and shoot with him. I was so impressed with the quality and the complete package that I soon ordered my own. I read everything on Sanlida's website regarding sizing the right bow length and draw weight according to there charts. I ordered and received my 68" 36lb bow and realized that the draw weight was more than I could handle for more than half an hour, especially with shoulder, arm and wrist injuries. I decided to keep 36lb set then ordered a second 68" 24lb bow, that I am using and loving now. Perhaps I can use the 36lb bow when my injuries subside. I had some technical questions that I emailed Sanlida and was delightfully surprised at the prompt and courteous replies from Evelyn who addressed all my inquiries. The rest of the kit is complete and more than adequate for any intermediate archer or someone returning to the sport after a long hiatus. I registered both bows with the confidence that the folks at Sanlida care about their products and reputation. I highly recommend this package even if an experienced archer wants to add a great value bow to their stable at a great price.

Great product, bad instructions.
The product is 5 stars. Really nice craftsmanship. Beautiful bow for a beginner bow. My only complaint is that the instructions absolutely stink. This is a beginner bow, and two newbies had to put this together. The instructions were not clearly written for beginners. Need better details, pictures, etc. for the install instructions.

Sanlida Noble bow
There are so many choices when it comes to buying a bow, especially for a beginner. After much research I decided to take a chance on a less expensive bow, like the Sanlida Noble bow. Aesthetically, it’s beautiful, in my humble opinion. Mechanically, I don’t know how to compare it to a more expensive bow but when I shoot it, it feels great. It’s so much fun to shoot. I think it’s a great value in that it comes with the bow, (which is a takedown bow comprised of two limbs and the riser) six arrows, a finger tab, a bow string and bow stringer, a sight, and a quiver. If you’re new to the sport I’d suggest that you purchase an arm guard, as there isn’t one included with the set. The included directions, at least to me, were a bit confusing when it came to assembling the sight, which I’m not going to use for now anyway. There is a black plastic arrow rest (and a sticky pad that mounts to the bow that you then mount the arrow rest to) included as well, but the instruction manual doesn’t mention the steps necessary to install it. It isn’t difficult to figure out though, you just line up the holes in the sticky pad and the black plastic arrow rest with the hole above the arrow rest shelf of the bow. Overall, I’m very impressed with the quality and value of this archery set and would suggest taking a look at it if you're interested in starting out in archery.

Very Nice Bow
I am an archery instructor and needed a recurve bow for practice and also demonstration when I'm teaching and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I am a small person (4' 10"), so the youth sized bow with the 18 lb. draw weight is perfect for me. I liked that this set came with the accessories that I can not only show to my classes but also learn to use myself. It was nice to have all of these accessories included because I would have spent more money buying them separately. The sight and arrow rests are not top quality, but they are functional. I actually decided to purchase a nicer arrow rest because I don't like the stick-on kind. One of my reasons for buying this bow was that it has the pre-drilled holes to add arrow rests and sights if needed. The wood is very nice and very pretty. The limbs are also very nice and I like that they have the hand-screw bolts and not the kind you have to turn with an allen wrench (another reason I chose this bow over others). It comes with arrows that have screw-in tips which is nice if you need to replace them or change them out. It also comes with a very nice quiver with a belt strap. If you are just looking for a starter bow for a kid or for a smaller adult, this is a good one. If you are a more serious archer, this is a nice bow for a reasonable price, but you might rather go for a more expensive option.

Ok bow, garbage accessories
The bow is fine. There's a few issues with the kit. 1. First and foremost, the stringer design is really difficult to use, I much prefer the style where each limb tip has its own pocket. 2. One of the arrow points was unusable because of bad threads. 3. With a 70" 32# bow the arrows are too dangerous to use, they are too short and overspined for the bow. 4. The upper loop of the string is small and hard to get down the limb. I would (and did) replace this immediately The bow shoots well and is fairly accurate (I am not an amazing archer by any means) the sight is rudimentary so it works. The riser is rough, it seems unfinished and is uneven in a lot of places. Other than that it's fine, especially for the price. I wish they would save the money on the junk accessories and just make the bow cheaper or spend that extra money making the riser look better
