Aside from an initial investment of several thousand dollars, you'll also have to regularly shell out money for their operation, repair, and maintenance. Solar blankets present an inexpensive way of keeping your pool water warm. Not only do they cost less upfront, but there are also no ongoing operating expenses to worry about. What's more, they can help minimize pool refills and the use of cleaning products, too! Cut down on your heating, water, and maintenance bills with this Pool Solar Blanket from SunHeater! ## Features - Soak Up The Sun - Heat your pool the natural way with this blue solar blanket! When placed on top of the pool with the bubbles facing down, it traps the warmth from the sun and transfers it to the water. - Keep Refills To A Minimum - Using this above ground pool heater can help minimize evaporation by up to 95%. This translates to significant savings since you don't have to add more water as often. - Cut Down Cleaning Time & Costs - Our pool solar cover also helps keep leaves, dirt, and debris at bay. Cut down time spent on skimming and fishing out impurities and save on cleaning products! - Customize According To Your Needs - This 15x30 feet solar pool cover is suitable for rectangular in-ground and above-ground pools. It can also be trimmed to fit square, round, and kidney-shaped pools. - Storage Made Convenient - Despite its large dimensions, this 12 mil pool solar heater can be easily folded down to a compact size. Simply store it away in your shed or on a shelf when it's not in use. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Additional Features | Foldable, Heavy-Duty | | Asin | B0C15B7CBW | | Best Sellers Rank | #169,798 in Patio, Lawn & Garden (See Top 100 in Patio, Lawn & Garden) #1,012 in Pool Safety Covers | | Brand Name | SunHeater | | Closure Type | Pull on | | Color | Blue | | Customer Reviews | 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars (681) 4.1 out of 5 stars | | Installation Type | Floating | | Item Type Name | for In-Ground Swimming Pools - Durable 12 Mil Thick Polyethylene - 15' x 30' Feet | | Manufacturer | SPQ Brands | | Manufacturer Part Number | SH1530M12 | | Material Type | Polyethylene (PE) | | Model Name | Pool Solar Blanket - Trimmable Rectangular Pool Bubble Solar Cover - Heat Transfer Solar Pool Heater | | Model Number | SH1530M12 | | Number Of Items | 1 | | Pattern | Geometric | | Product Care Instructions | Rinse with fresh water to remove dirt or debris, allow to dry completely before storing, and avoid sharp objects that could damage the material. | | Product Style | Compact | | Shape | Rectangular | | Size | 30' x 15' (Rectangular) | | Theme | solar pool heating and conservation | | Upc | 628208823018 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** SunHeater - **Color:** Blue - **Material:** Polyethylene (PE) - **Size:** 15'x30' - **Style:** Compact ## Images ![Pool Solar Blanket - Heavy Duty Rectangular Thermal Cover with Bubbles - Heat Transfer Solar Pool Heater for In-Ground Swimming Pools - Durable 12 Mil Thick Polyethylene - 15' x 30' Feet - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71fdslPLX7L.jpg) ![Pool Solar Blanket - Heavy Duty Rectangular Thermal Cover with Bubbles - Heat Transfer Solar Pool Heater for In-Ground Swimming Pools - Durable 12 Mil Thick Polyethylene - 15' x 30' Feet - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61dYV1-BZoL.jpg) ![Pool Solar Blanket - Heavy Duty Rectangular Thermal Cover with Bubbles - Heat Transfer Solar Pool Heater for In-Ground Swimming Pools - Durable 12 Mil Thick Polyethylene - 15' x 30' Feet - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71XQM--6C-L.jpg) ![Pool Solar Blanket - Heavy Duty Rectangular Thermal Cover with Bubbles - Heat Transfer Solar Pool Heater for In-Ground Swimming Pools - Durable 12 Mil Thick Polyethylene - 15' x 30' Feet - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61ba+jTJ7HL.jpg) ![Pool Solar Blanket - Heavy Duty Rectangular Thermal Cover with Bubbles - Heat Transfer Solar Pool Heater for In-Ground Swimming Pools - Durable 12 Mil Thick Polyethylene - 15' x 30' Feet - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71z3ydS0aKL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.nz/products/541859389-pool-solar-blanket-heavy-duty-rectangular-thermal-cover-with-bubbles](https://www.desertcart.nz/products/541859389-pool-solar-blanket-heavy-duty-rectangular-thermal-cover-with-bubbles) --- *Product available on Desertcart New Zealand* *Store origin: NZ* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
