I got this for my lady, and it is a great refurbished laptop at a great price. The only mark I found was a mark underneath the screen, and the keyboard looks great

Bought these for homeschool. Does what they need to. Can’t beat the price. We can work remotely and I’m not worried about losing or breaking $1000 laptop.

We got these for our nonprofit and they're spectacular! The quality was amazing despite being listed as "good" and they're perfect for the kiddos we teach to use.

I don't particularly care for chromebooks so after a bit of struggling, I successfully installed MX Linux instead (which I very much suggest. It is faster now and works as a laptop should. Very easy distro to use even for beginners). Works great now, boots in less than 45 seconds. It's fairly small but that means it's light and easily fits into a backpack without much added weight. I purchased it to watch shows during my breaks at work so for that purpose I'd say it's perfect now. After figuring out some chromebook related write protection issues, I now have access to around 32GB on the hard drive, which is better than the 2GB that I was led to believe. Some scratching is present on the case but it's used so that's expected. Seller covered it with a big sticker which looked nice but I got my own to cover the whole top including the dell and chromebook logos. 1 star deducted for non-removable (therefore non-replaceable and non-upgradable) SSD and RAM. They are integrated into the motherboard on this model. Works for what I need though so it's fine. For the price, you can't beat it. With a bit of work to set up, it's a perfectly usable laptop.

I purchased this to edit photos on. It works but to be honest it's not the right tool for the job. It is doing an OK job in some respects.

If I could give no stars I would . I returned this chrome book and never got a refund. The screen was damaged and it had very little memory. I've tried reaching out to the company several times and they do not reply

Based on reviews it sounded pretty good so I figured I would give it a try. Came in quickly, and it looked brand new, and operates as such. Twice as fast as my 5 year old HP Chromebook. Make sure yo want this size, I knew what it was but when you see it, it may seem smaller than you want, But I Like it's smaller size, I just increase font size. Love this laptop, Price was amazing for it.
