I'd never fitted these before but worked brilliantly.
Delivered on time in good condition. Fitted well and works brilliantly.

Good when new, but don't last long.
Initially shifting is very stiff, but they shift cleanly, brilliant! I guess they need a high tension due to bends in the hidden cable routing, it didn't really bother me. However, internally they use a grey plastic pull wheel. Over time the right (8 speed) derailleur cable cuts into the plastic wheel, just through normal repeat gear shifting with the high tension.I have had two the both lasted about a year, or 6000km. First failure was replaced on warranty, second is just over two years out of warranty. I won't buy the same again.
