A very good set. Everything works perfectly. You can invent lots of new mechanisms and give your old Lego set a new life.

These are so much fun! This is the second set we have purchased. My 9 year old enjoys making cars and other motorized toys with them. There are lots of YouTube channels that give ideas of builds. They fit well with Lego Technic. This is a great addition to our lego collection.

I searched for k’nex compatible motors and these came up in the search. Although it didn’t specifically say k’nex in the description it does say “most systems.” I decided to give them a shot. I can not see a way to connect k’nex. But it’s ok because they do work fine with legos. I do wish they had more Lego connection points/options. But overall very impressed with the operation of the remote. It varies speed AND direction. And overall function of the motors is excellent.

These are great and perfectly compatible with lego brand items. My 7yr old son has been obsessed with them and builds new things almost daily since he got them 2 months ago. He is not easy on toys and they are holding up great. Also, he uses these a lot and the batteries (we got the amazon basic brand in them) are holding up amazing for how hard he runs them! I was worried that they took so many batteries that he would drain them too fast, but I am very impressed. Almost 2 months of daily use for at least 30-60 minutes, often more and he hasn't replaced a battery yet.

My 10-year-old nephew loves this kit! It works perfectly with Lego Technic, bringing his creations to life with powerful motors and easy controls. The 9 motor options keep him creative and engaged for hours. Great compatibility, powerful, and fun to use.

These are only OK. A much cheaper alternative to the Lego versions, and with a remote controller. They work fine individually. The lights are a nice touch. However, the two motors most useful for wheels spin in the same direction. So you can’t actually use them as individual wheel motors (you’ll just spin round and round). You can change direction on them with the controller, but the controller is quite wonky. It’s hard to get the motors to spin up, and even harder to get them to spin at the same rate. So again, most of the time you’re spinning in circles. Overall a decent package, but don’t expect to create anything amazing without great effort.
