Amagansett Sea Salt - 100% Pure Finishing Salt (2½ oz)

I ordered Amagansett Sea Salt after reading an article about slr being offered in restaurants. It was recommended by a chef. I would spring for the larger jar next time for the serving spoon. It’s a crunchier, somehow saltier salt and great for finishing a dish.

I purchased this salt as a personal experiment for $10 and it came in a weee little bottle. I was very unimpressed with the size. BUT! This salt is the definition of SALT. It has amazing flavor and adds to a great steak, cooked or steamed veggie or baked potato. I was shocked and amazed by the difference when comparing this salt to table salt. There is a BIG difference. I recommend that you try and I am convinced you will agree.

I like the taste of this salt; however, it's somewhat wet and difficult to use at the table. I still prefer Murray River Pink Salt Flakes for table use and as a finishing salt.

The flavor is perfect. Doesn’t bite. The texture is notable but not gritty or in anyway unpleasant. Truly elevated the meal. From roasted Yukon Golds. To tenderloin. To fresh mozzarella tomato basil salad. Makes everything taste just that much better. Obsessed.

If you're looking for quality finishing salt, look no further. This is the best you can find. Texture and quality are amazing
